AnonDoses look good to me but I would recommend extending the deca to 12 weeks and the test e to 14 weeks. Deca takes 8-9 weeks to really notice and it can be hard to come off of that is why you want to run your test e two weeks longer than the deca to make your pct easier. You do need more for pct than just the hcg. You will need clomid and nolva. MECHYBOY's suggestion below me is spot on except with clomid run it 100/100/50/25 other than that looks good.
HCG DURING cycle, PCT, Nolva (40/40/20/20) and clomid (100/100/50/50), I m a newbie but I feel good about myself when I go through some cycles on here lol

Also either stop the deca at week 10 or take test e one extra week. You always stop Deca 2 weeks before. You end test e so your PCT starts at the correct time, and deca is cleared.
And your PCT is just HCG??

He's running 11 weeks of deca and didnt even mentioned caber.....yikes !! Test/deca ratio too close IMO

zewior noobs that do a little reading and then post it, and get the correct cycle form us. Or one of their gym buddies said this, But they come in here to post it to see what we think. Even though they have no idea, or care--about learning more.
