TEST CYP, BOLD CYP
After a hernia surgery and a long layoff, lookin to get serious again. Have had the last couple months to prep my body and get it into gear and feel like Im ready to go. Diet is on, appetite is on, water is in check, and sleep is in check. Training style is outlined below in the comment section. I posted my current routine. I train every other day, never consecutive. I am running power-pharma's injects for the first time so I'll be able to give an honest no bull review. The ancillaries are from alldaychemist. And the orals are balkan pharm.

0900 - M1 - 12oz Egg Whites, 80g Oats, 140g Frozen Berries
1130 - M2 – 8oz Chicken, 8oz Yam, Pineapple
1400 - M3 – 8oz Chicken, 8oz Yam, Pineapple
1600 – 1730 - LIFT
1800 - M5 – PWO – 75g Hydrolyzed Whey, 100g Karbolyn
2000 - M4 – 8oz Turkey, 75g White Rice, Spinach
2230 - M6 – 3 Scoops Syntha 6, 1 Banana, PB, 16oz Milk
I cheat when I want and add food most nights to the last 2 meals mainly cause I have the munchies. Eh, so what if I gain a little fat. Im still leaner than most people.

smallguy215 after 5 weeks. Just finished first month of Dbol. Strength is going up every week.
Some of my lifts:
Incline Bench - 265 for 8
Flat Bench - 275 for 8
Seated Overhead Barbell Press Free weight - 205 for 10 (Bar lowered beneath chin)
Deadlift - 315 for 10
Squat - 315 for 10
Hack Squat - 5 plates on each side for 10

smallguyRunning out of my power pharma test and the other bulk order I put in about a month ago never came.. I guess hes on hiatus right now so Ill have to wait for him to send me my goods when its convenient for him.. I dont think Ill be seeing that pack anytime soon so I just put in an order with performance forumulations.. Will be running their test cyp 250 in place of power pharmas test.. Still doing power pharmas bold cyp at 400mg a week and have my test around 750mg. Will keep you all informed.

StevebBold Cyp from any steroid lab is painful. Even if it does not have a lot of EO oil.

smallguyI never heard of this guys. Good to know. I think Im just gonna stick with the eq next time and frontload. I have cottonseed oil coming so I will be figuring out a diluting dose to cut it so hopefully its not as painful.
you can try cutting with eq haha It might help

StevebMost people wont do Bold Cyp twice.
smallguyI definitely wont be doing this again. But Im changing up the doses. I cant take this shit. I have to skip training because I cant move. Im upping the test to 800mg/week and lowering the bold cyp to 400mg/week instead of having them both at 600. Also upped the exemestane to 12.5mg/ED because I can start feeling the water retention especially in my face. Nips arent really sensitive. Im also lowering the calories a little and drinking more water. Shooting for 2 gallons a day.

smallguyNot when I lose range of motion to the point where I have to heat and take advil all day and skip training days. I cant justify the bold cyp being that great. Like I said, the cyp doesnt have any pip. Its just the bold. If anything, Ill just dump these off to someone and go with a different source for some regular eq. Im gonna be starting to brew my own gear too. So that might be a big help and a big savings.
safetyfirst21I was thinking of doing the same in the next year or two, probably just with the Test until I feel comfortable enough with the other compounds. And you're more than welcome to send that Bold Cyp my way. I haven't tried it and I hear it hurts like shit, but it still intrigues me.

Not a lot of metabolic training. Emphasis on getting strong in multi joint movements mainly from olympic lifting. Some really light conditioning. My off days will be totally off. Nothing to stress the nervous system. Just straight up couch potato status. Im getting in all my meals consistently plus more food for extra calories. I train to failure on my own then stop the set. I dont use forced reps and drop sets and all that stuff. I think for now just sticking to basic principles is all I need to grow. Ill employ them when the time is right. Feeling good so far. It looks like Im filling out a tad. Ill let you guys know this wednesday where my weight stands as of 2 weeks on total and 1 week on the balkan dbols.
IM REALLY FOCUSING ON recovery. Hence why Im only training every other day. Like I said, if Im continuing to make gains theres no need yet for me to increase the volume as long as I keep the intensity high.

meet the macros 300g protein per day without using a protein shake.
I'll give an example of my diet
meal 1 - 12 whole eggs, 2 cups oats/milk, apple banana
meal 2 - 1 large can tuna, pb&j sandwich
meal 3 - 12 oz boneless skinless chicken, olive oil, sweet potato
meal 4 - 16 oz tilapia, olive oil, broccoli
meal 5 - 1/2 box spaghetti
meal 6 - post workout protein shake till I get home + protein bar
meal 7 - 16 oz steak, 1lb mashed potatoes, green beans
thats about 400g protein and I only used one protein shake ONLY because I cannot eat a meal while I'm driving home from the gym. they are not meant to be meals
I didn't add in the small snacks that I eat but you get an idea of the basics

They are I'm not saying they don't have their place. See how I used my shake? I added it while I'm at the gym, for convenience reasons I cannot cook while at the gym so yes I do use shakes for that reason. I also add in more shakes with each insulin shot but I'm not gonna get into that on the cycle logs section
smallguySo do you eat your meat cooked weight? Thats crazy man. Your 220? And your eating 12-16oz of meat per meal? Thats almost double the amount of meat I eat. I could barely stomach everything Im eating now with a gallon of water a day so I guess Ill have to work up to that. Ive talked to a couple pros and it seems that they use between 10-16oz of meat per meal.
Yeah I eat a lot. I'm not recommending you use my exact diet, I just wanted to show you how I get my protein without using shakes. 300g of protein from meat is better than 500g protein from shakes. Honestly nothing is better than real food.

smallguyThats exactly why I added in the milk with the scoop of syntha 6 to all of those meals. It put me over 5000 easy. I think one glass of milk plus a scoop of syntha 6 is close to 4-500 calories. I just learned that shakes are bad though. So Im gonna only have a shake post workout and before bed and just eat 4 big meals.
