i realized i dont have nearly enough aromasin for the full 15 weeks AND PCT... what is the opinion on taking it on-cycle? i have only taken it for PCT and it has done me well, but it seems like its recommended with deca.
Only 2000 cals/d and with only 150g protein. Good luck having any muscle mass left when you are done. Not sure why you are trying to cut. There isn't going to be much left of you afterwards if you cut. Deca for a cut?? Yeah you can pretty much cut with any compound, but why deca?
primarily because I have deca... I have this full stack on-hand minus the caber. i have been bulking off-cycle for the past 5 months since my cycle cadence got thrown off due to work relocating me. But I suppose i could double my food intake and continue bulking, or drop the deca. I'm leaning toward the former tho...

i have definitely been taking the advice and have been using it to fuel my own research...and i very much appreciate the comments. i have to be realistic with cost and availability though... so yes, just because i have it, but also trying to make the best use of it and do it as safely/responsibly as i can
If you are worried about the minimal cost of a vial or two of test or something, how are you going to afford to eat while on cycle? that is where the real cash is dumped.
i have test already too... and i already do pretty cost-friendly meal prep worked into my budget as-is. i am primarily looking at how to use what i have as safely and practically as i can... if i need to supplement it with caber/pct to run it, then so be it... but i want to avoid dumping my stock and starting from scratch. is the suggestion i don't run deca at all? what am i missing? my only outstanding question really is the aromasin cycle vs cycle + pst

I spent some time reading up on the suggestions.
I extended aromasin into the cycle, instead of just pct
I added dostinex/caber to the cycle
I also updated the table to make the whole bi-weekly vs twice a week thing clearer

Fxt50im confused. why inject 250 deca twice a week and test c 500 once a week. but youre not trying to pin everyday....??? what? you should post a little more info. goal? diet? training? etc.
I'm not understanding the DECA, 300mg every two weeks. Why? Your levels won't stay steady and IMO really won't do much for you at all. The ratio if you were doing it weekly is what most people run, but it's a lot. I'm in my last few weeks of a TEST/DECA cycle, that's pretty much how I'm running mine, but there are things to consider. Prolactin control, keeping your estro levels in check. I battle with mine a little bit, but have gotten it down now. They call the Dbol,DECA,test cycle a "basic bulk" or "classic bulk" cycle, but there's nothing basic about it. If you're not careful you can end up with two tits and a limp dick.
I think something is a little off with your formatting. Am I understanding this correctly:
Either you're doing one 600mg test c shot per week (why?)
Or you're doing 600:600 test:deca?
No mention of BF anywhere, no mention of prolactin control, at 5'10" 190lbs I'm also not sure why you need to jump onto a 19-nor to break 200lbs...
Yeah I'm a little lost, bi weekly either means twice a week or once every two weeks. And either way you look at it that is not a good idea.
Please post current stats, diet, training, goals etc. What you have posted is no where near enough info.
