Sus-Stack and Deca 300 Cycle

Hello, I am 29 - 6ft tall and weigh 195 lbs. I've been working out for the past 16/17 years on and off. For the past 8 months I've been working out 5 days out of the week for about 1hr 30min every day. About 5 months ago I was at 209 lbs. I was eating very bad due to the environment I was in. I had no choice or access to healthy food. I eventually lost all the bad weight and now I feel the best I've ever been. I recently got 4 bottles. Sus-Stack (Sustanon and Drostanolone Enanthate) - Deca 300 (Nandrolone Decanoate 300) - Test Prop 100 - Test Enanthate 300. My goal is to bulk but a clean/lean bulk if it's possible. This would be my 2nd cycle. My first cycle was 4 years ago. If you guys could guide me into setting up a good cycle, I would greatly appreciate it. This is what I had in mind - Please critique and advise. It's the reason I am here. Should I include the test in there?

Don't wanna comment on wether you're ready or not for cycling, but for a second cycle I'd definitely stick with just Test.

Hello everyone. Thank you all for replying. I was just stating that I have those 4 compounds. I wasn't planning on taking them all together. I've done some research on each compound but honestly I work 13 hours 6 days a week and rarely have time to do the research. Which is why I decided to post on here and hoped to get some feed back. As for my diet - I eat 4 cups of oatmeal, rice and steak 3 times a day - Every day. I know it's not a strict diet or anything. My goal is to gain 10-15lbs of muscle and increase my strength. My first cycle was just one compound which was Test E. I ran it for 12 weeks. I figured this time around I would run 2 compounds.

Thank you Rusty. I'm going to stick with one compound for now till I get more knowledge on all of this. I'm thinking Test E 300mg a week.

I would concur. This cycle looks like a trainwreck in the making. Since you haven't meantioned any prior gear usage then a trainwreck is certain to occur if you stay on this course.

My advice is research , research, research. Then have a focused goal and a focused real food base diet plan to help you achieve your goals.

As per a first cycle I always advocate a single compound run. Long acting Test E or Test C is perfect for this application. Always have an AI on hand such as Adex along with proper pct products, of which the combination of Clomid and Nolva together is proven to be very effective.

Again, I can not advocate enough research. Research tremendously, before putting any exogenous chemicals in your body.

Scrap everything you have there. Ain't going to be nothing but a trainwreck if you try and run that. Research first cycle (blue magnifying glass up top) before you go any further.

Too many compounds 1st of all. 2nd where is your AI? Prolactin protection? Any plans on pct? Deca shuts you down hard. Unless you have no need for getting an erection go for it, otherwise do yourself a favor. Put this on hold and do more researcha nd e prepared for anything while on cycle by having everything yoy could possibly need on hand.

-Reduce your workout time a little bit.
-Thats a bit to much stuff you'll use in view of your stats. And this stack is not the best, just my opinion but why susta, mast & deca?
-Go to the nutrition topics and ask the advanced users for a good meal and supplement plan, thats the first thing you should do. I'm sure a lot guys will help you to find a plan which works for u.
-Plan your PCT before you start the cycle.

1 vial of each isn't going to give you any kind of solid cycle. second time around maybe just run the sust mast e. 10 wks of sust isn't going to get you far stay natty or get more to do it right.

You should only add one compound thats new per cycle. I think that you should go back to research stage get your goals diet and training together then revisit the idea
