Description, concerns and expectations
I am currently 225-230 lbs and approximately 14% body fat. I plan on being roughly 11-12% body fat and about 215 lbs before I jump on this cycle. I will update this log with revised statistics and photo the day I begin my cycle which is in roughly four more weeks.
My expectations for this cycle are to put on as much bulk and strength as I can so that I can have a nice cutting cycle before this upcoming summer on my next go around.
I don't really have any concerns with this cycle as I am very familiar with these compounds. My only consideration would be changing my usual dosing time of H.G.H. from post-wake up to pre-bedtime. I would love to hear all of your thoughts on this. According to what I've researched it appears we produce most of our natural H.G.H. during our sleep which led me to initially always take it post-wake up. My reasoning was why would I want to do it before bed when that is the time I get the most of my own natural H.G.H. anyway? Now I am thinking, well ... we do most of our recovery and growth during our sleep so perhaps this would be the best time to dose? What are your guys thoughts on this? I have read a lot of supporting evidence for both.
TEST E: 375mg Every 3.5 days throughout cycle until PCT.
DECCA: 500mg every 7 days throughout cycle until PCT.
D-BOL: 20mg everyday for the first 7 days. I will increase everyday dosing by 5mg each week until I plateau at 50mg ED for the last 8 weeks until PCT. NOTE: I may discontinue D-Bol use between 8-10 weeks of use depending on how I feel and where my bloods and liver is at. I understand 14 weeks is a long time to run D-Bol
H.G.H.: 4iu ED and then I will increase everyday dosing by 1iu every 4 weeks until I plateau at 6iu for the last six weeks of cycle. I will then drop down to 2iu ED during PCT.
A-DEX: 1mg EOD during cycle.
CABER: .5mg Every 3.5 days
INJECTABLE ANADROL: 50mg ED one hour pre workout
PCT WILL BEGIN 21 DAYS AFTER MY LAST SHOT OF DECCA. LETROZOLE WILL BE ON HAND DURING AND AFTER CYCLE IN CASE I EXPERIENCE ANY GYNO COMPLICATIONS.
Will be following a 40/40/20 diet during this cycle (Proteins/Carbs/Fats). Looking to gain mass and strength.
