I had read a lot about trenbolone. Concerned about sideeffects, I proceeded to do what every sane man should do when testing out new, powerful compounds....short ester.
I purchased Tren-A, and Test-P to match the esters so pokes would coincide...easy.
On this particular cycle it was difficult to get to a gym..any gym. As I work the canadian oil and gas industry sometimes there are just no gyms around within driving distance. So dumdbells was all I had for almost half this cycles...these things just can't be planned.
And as for nolvadex...here not so much but still used, but no Caber..yet.
Was the Tren-A and Test-P good?....not sure to this day, but I went on and full throttled on Tren-E on every cycle since...so far so good.

Too light ................ double or even triple that tren dose to get kicking your ass hard............ light doses are for fkn pussies, imo..... and take it to 20 weeks for ultimate tren ride.

canadianroiderK...the bulking/cutting thing, thats for competition, pro-body builders, which I'm neither, and I consider that kind of cycling more disruptive then just volume up and dry the whole cycle.
I'm posting some of my priors already but not all of them, just the milestone ones. Pix, I'm not into posting. Thats my preference for now, I may change that later.

Like I said, I'm not competing, so bulking and cutting is not my regiment, you don't need to cut something down because they don't compete...that childish.
man you are 40 years old , i dont think so you would recover 100% after tren cycle this first , second tren for 8 weeks max for first tren cycle , nolvadex not use it throwout the cycle , the old school cycles used to use it , but not after they created aro and AI . but the biggest consideration that is your age for recover except if you are on trt .

And was sampling blood with no red flags outside of what was resonably expected except for cholesterol level, which now turns me to Vegan-Terian.

Did you experience any sleep disturbances running the Tren-E? Assuming this was the case, what sort of measures did you take in order to bring about a decent night's rest? I've heard of people running a little phenibut and melatonin in conjunction with one another to offset the insomnia.
canadianroiderSleep problem was not from insomnia exclusively. more the sweats. I don't know anything about phenibut, but melatonin I can't even take 5mg and I can't stay awake the next day.
And to make things worst, I have apnea disorder, so, rally I hardly ever sleep well, as it is.

canadianroiderI did find out later that it does raise progestin level and hence gyno, but I never got that reaction.
Some people say that for the progestin to do it's gyno thing, your progestin has to be above your bodies tolerance for it plus ample estrogen to get the undesired effects.
At this stage a use pretty much Aromasin exclusively, the king of estrogen control.
