Olympic Weightlifting Cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Goals: gain strength while maintaining speed, mild body re-comp

Doses are low, i compete in the 105Kg weight class and weigh 104 currently. I also find that when i run a 500mg/week test cycle, i get too much of a pump to get into the correct positions, and my low back pump is too much for Olympic weightlifting.

Drop your whole plan seriously and try this one for what you do (I'm an ex powerlifter)
Start off with the prop @ 450 a week for 9 weeks
Add some Tbol @60mg a day for 5 weeks starting on week 4.

What this should do for you is still give you the flexibility you are looking for and also add some strength to your routine without bloating you up. You can also start Adex @.20 eod instead of .25 to keep a lot of the water weight low and also keep the estro in check enough to still help you grow. Make sure the adex is Pharma not research or the whole cycle will fail. Take fish oil and Glucosomine to soothe your joints since Deca or NPP will possibly bloat you and/or make you gain too much size.
I chose 9 weeks because any longer and you could end up over hitting your mark.
Follow up with your normal PCT regimen,

I did this cycle once before and made huge improvements in my strength until I almost ripped my rotator cuff from Benching.

I will most likely start off with 350/week for test however. That seems to be the minimum does i need to gain strength. I know for me personally, when I'm doing snatch and C&J 4-5xs/week each my low back gets a serious pump with 500mg test. Which was great for body building!! Last time i tried it with weightlifting I wasn't able to hit my positions properly.

If you have time, would you mind explaining the reasoning behind dropping the mast/tren in favor of the Tbol?

quid pro quo, tell me why you chose tren and mast and ill tell you why I chose tbol and tell you why I said no bueno to them.

I decided to skip the orals because (although i have only done var and halo) I seem to feel lethargic and have a harder time eating as much while on them. I also am a recovering alcoholic and after my last labs, figured I'd give my liver a break. I really notice an increase in aggression while on mast, and in the past have seen the most strength increase while running it. As for tren, honestly I just want to try it, everyone always talk about seeing a huge strength increase, as well as the better nutrient absorption. So, i figured I'd start low and see how it goes. Again thanks for response man.

there is some variation from day to day, but M/W/F look similar
Tuesday and Thursday are lighter and focused on pulls

all the % are estimates and get adjusted based on feel- the goal is not to miss

Perfect. So I know you are curious about tren but with your routine you might find yourself a little exhausted as tren is a good strength gainer but some of the sides might hinder your needs and you want to do less damage control and have a smooth cycle. The reason i chose Tbol as an oral is the German weightlifting team used it exclusively to get all Gold medals in the Olympics before they got stripped of them for using it. Even the women were grabbing golds. Tbols halflife is 16.5 hours so once a day is good enough or you can split the dose half before training and half before bed. When I was still training for power I loved it but now it holds very little place for me as I transition. It wont bloat you up and offers some good strength gains. Maybe try 400 Prop eod instead of 450 unless you still want to use Mast then by all means use 350 with the same dose of mast and drop the adex because the mast has some decent estro control. Save the Tren for a bulker if you want to advance to a higher weight class because in my opinion its perfect for either bulk or lean but I lean it towards mass.

Mast @ 350 a week eod 12 weeks
Tbol @ 70mg ed start at week 7 to finish
Clomid is good, hcg is good if your worried about your nutsack
Maybe add some Nolva in for good measure but MAKE SURE the PCT is Pharma, do not take chances with research.

On this cycle starting on week 8 once the Tbol kicks I want you to try and do a little more with your 1RM's though, Try upping your game to 85% 95% 95% 95% on your C&J as well as your squat.
Throw some Bent over barbell rows in your routine to strengthen your back for the higher RM's in your Clean and Jerk.

Solid. I do the rows 2xs a week for heavy 5s. I also max every Friday, so the %s will adjust as my bests increase.

Again, I appreciate the help. I should go on sometime around mid January, I'll post some updates when I do, and some final numbers

Mack, I plan on starting to pin next week. Decided to follow your advice, running prop only @ 400/wk adding in the tbol at 70 week 7. I was curious about 3 things:

1) hcg- what week do you start?

2) adex what week/dose is a good starting point?

3) what week would you get labs done to adjust doses?

I have my own ideas about this stuff, but I figured I should start listening to people with more experience. Thanks for all the help thus far bro

I dont use hcg as I am never having any more kids so you might need another answer, as far as adex you can start that day 7 at .25 eod since you are using prop. Get bloods about 3 weeks in and see where everything is, if your estro is high go up to .5 eod
2 weeks into the tbol you will have to adjust your ai again since tbol has shbg lowering and you will have quite a bit of free test in your blood. Even guys with experience experiment too to find their sweet spot. If anything feels off get bloods done instead of flying by the seat of your pants.

Why are you not considering orals?
I think var or winny/halo would have their place here.
Maybe even dbol/oxy if u can control weight gain.
Overall reasonable cycle.
