My Blueprint to create the strongest version of myself

ad
STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

My stats:
Age: 28
Height: 5,7
Weight: 200 lbs
Body Fat: 12%

Goals: Would like to gain a solid 8 pounds or so, I know its possible I grow like a weed on cycle and off my weak point has always been discipline, I need to make sure im eating enough and of the right things. Im well educated on nutrition Im just a lazy fck sometimes I love my soda and sweets. This is a Guide and blue print but it is always evolving and changing! Something in my life may change or in my training body etc so I need to be ready to accommodate things into the plan on the fly.

Training: No set split but in general working out 4-5 days a week normally, Chest one day, Shoulders one day, Arms one day, Legs one day, Back one day. I train flexibly, if im sore on a body part but its time to train that part I may switch it around or if im feeling a little weak I may go for volume work instead of a heavy day. Most days I dont go till failure but I focus on high intensity and by that I mean good mind muscle connection and STRONG contractions during each set.

Nutrition: I will be playing with my carbs and fats throughout the cycle, if weight gain stagnates I will up carbs or fats around 200 calories for a week or so and take it from there, if I gain weight ill keep it there if I dont gain ill bump it little more.. Protein will increase gradually throughout the cycle. Im thinking protein sweet spot will be 270-310 really no reason for me to go past that but I like protein as it makes my blood sugar stable.

300 grams of carbs seems awfully low. I take in well over double that. An im just as lean and big. Your 8 lbs will come down to diet. Plan on donating blood? Plan on pulling bloods? If your trying to gain train to gain. Keep the work out short and intense. Incorporate more rest days. Do you know how to carb cycle? Do you prep your meals? Do you eat the same shit every day? Your daily I take should be different from day to day. As one day will require more nutrients then another. Coming down to the body part trained , what your physical activity is outside the gym that day, your rest days shouldn't need as much carb intake. I could go on and on and on.

Glad I wasted my time then. Lol have a good one.

LMFAO, there always has to be at least one.

Hey TT, any chance that you could post up a detailed explanation of proper carb cycling when you have some free time?

Trenagade's picture

Would love to see this as well

tonytulo's picture

Sure if it's going to be appreciated and someone uses the knowledge.

We know how it usually is here. If it isn't talk about drugs drugs and more drugs it isn't interested or absorbed. Cause everyone is all about drugs. Half the cycle logs guys could pull off their goals without gear. The rest are dependent on their diet and training. But they don't go into that because they know it all......

Dickkhead's picture

Well, of course. Everyone's diet is "on point" and their training is "without question." I just marvel at that. If I didn't have a gal to prep my meals for me and the rarity of an actually good trainer, I'd be up the creek. I have allowed my family and my business to compromise the unfaltering dedication and skill all these "on point" folk have.

No bro, while a carb cycling post from you might be interesting to the few humble members of the community that we have left, the vast "on point" crowd probably wouldn't even read it. Like one of the eroids legends once said. What we now have are not a bunch of athletes that have maxed out and want to use enhancements to take themselves to the next level but a bunch of "steroid junkies." Quote, unquote. From the highest ranking member of eroids. "Steroid junkies." That's brilliant. LOL

Trenagade's picture

Well I hope you vets keep trying to help the ones who really want to learn and actually apply what they are being taught. I know it might be easy to get jaded dealing with all the bullshit but there are good people here who need and appreciate the knowledge Smile

Dickkhead's picture

Of course bro. I know I will.

I know that this is just cyberspace, but I don't think the arrogance of a lot of noobs here is just a keyboard thing. When I talk to young people these days in real life they are just as snotty as they are on here.

Trenagade's picture

Lol I know what you mean. I don't really like being around people in general.

Definatly interested sir!...

I'd be very interested in what you have to say about carb cycling. I've tried (and half assedly) utilized carb cycling to some extent, partially because I've read conflicting information on it, and partially due to my laziness of not wanting to fully understand the concept.

I'd like to see a post on the open forums because I believe it would help tons of the guys here, but I totally see why you wouldn't want to waste time writing g it up and having it buried in the forums because it doesn't mention gear. If you would prefer to give some pointers via PM that would be great as well.

I'd definitely like to see more about diet here

A vast majority of pros don't know shit. They just have superior genetics and can follow direction. Many are only as good as their own trainer and diet coach. An many parrot their coach and trainers shit. Easy to see those here who do the same.

tonytulo's picture

I didn't say your pro friend. I said a vast majority of many.

Used to do it for a living also have the certs on my wall. Problem is many people just can't stick it out and fuck it up during the final weeks and im all set tieing my name to someone who does the have what it takes. So now I do finish construction. No one to depend on but myself.

happycapy's picture

I'd be interested in that too

I appreciate your input at least, I learned a lot just from the short paragraph you wrote. Thanks

I agree with Rusty. Six weeks on Dbol is overkill. If you're aiming for six weeks, I would switch to Tbol. Tbol would also compliment the EQ you have going on.

Again, Agree with Rusty, Cant be neutral on Test and EQ, If you're aiming for a Four Month Cycle, Stop your EQ at week 12, Run your Test through the full 16 weeks. Or if you want your cycle to exceed your four month plan, as rusty mentioned, stop your EQ on week 16 and run your test to week 18.

The use of both clomid and Nolva is unnecessary. Its always been a big misconception to take both. You're fine just off one, all comes down to preference on which one.

Without the Headache of counting, to establish a base nutrition foundation. Keep your Protein and Carbs the same whatever it may be, I.E, 300g of Carbs, 300g of protein. As time passes, you can then determine what needs to be added or deducted to better suit your end goal.

*All this is just my opinion though!! Good luck, sweet cycle!

I don't mean to jump in on your thread, but I want to limit my water retention I use Tbol. I feel the same, I love Dbol, but do hold a little water. Tbol cuts that with me. I haven't used Var in a LONG time. Good luck bro, you're still chiseled. I'm big but not much definition, I'm jealous.
