Lean Bulk / Cut 15 weeks

This is going to be my second time with a short ester cycle with the lovely compound npp, what I'm looking to get out of this cycle is to drop my body fat to around 5/6% and add around 10lb of lean muscle

e.g
Weight 227lb
Body fat 5/6%

For the first 6/7 weeks I'm gonna run a bulk diet around 4k cal 400g Protein 350g Carbs and then for the last 8/9 weeks I'm gonna aim for about 2k cal 250g Protein 100g ish Carbs.

With the hcg I'm stuck in LIMBO I have two options on how to run it, through cycle as the standard protocol or to run it at the back end, 2 weeks prier to pct consisting of 8 shots 2500iu spread out over 16 Days as well as 8 shot of hmg at 75iu starting from, a week before pct and one week into pct. The reason I'm thinking about taking this route is that I've heard its better on the HPTA.

Got to agree with Makwa mate. I'd suggest a bulk as well, even if you do get down to 5/6%, u'll be do well to say there. Are you competing? Also if you did manage to gain some mass at the start it would be the first thing to go once your in a calorie deficit. The body is always striving for homeostasis and all that good stuff.

No problem. Good for you, I've never been below 9-10% I'm not all that fussed about my look. Is that in the UK or US mate?

I don't know how many times I see this but you can't effectively bulk AND cut in the same cycle. Pick one or the other. 6/7 weeks isn't going to be enough time to bulk and then you are turning right around and trying to cut for 6/7 weeks. Where you are going to end up is right where you started, so you will be running this cycle for no real purpose in the end. So pick one or the other and fully commit to it.

If I was in your shoes I wouldn't be looking to cut anymore. You are already at 8% so unless you planning on going on stage I don't see any reason to go any lower. So I would be making this a bulk cycle. Sitting at 8% your body is primed right now for a quality bulk. Here is the research that shows that:

Bulking in my book does not mean getting fat. Bulking is maximizing your lean mass gains and minimizing fat gain. This is easily accomplished by following what I have outlined in this post:

I don't know if you are interested in a bulk or not so I am not going to spend anytime on compounds until I know what you really want to do.
