Description, concerns and expectations

currently at 185lb, 15% BF 38 years old

Powerlifter, not Bodybuilder

(I had a lot of difficulty rebooting after my last cycle and had VERY LOW T for a couple weeks, BE KIND ON MY PHOTO, I LOST A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF SIZE, I aim to get it all back plus some on this cycle and will watch my PCT more closely to ensure it doesn't happen again)

goals: put on some mass, eat clean and minimize fat gain as much as possible

closely monitor bloods and adjust as needed

You used I fit pharma 1test Cyp yet? I want to try it his and compare to another brand. gave me some decent gains nothing tremendous but stayed lean on it.

Yes. I've been using it since Jan 2. I've had some issues with an autoimmune response from it (test flu). I've been working with Mr. Ifit to find correct dosing and injection volume. Basically I'm trying to convince my body to accept it even though my body doesn't seem to like it. We may have found a system that works but I'm still waiting to see if fever, chills and lethargy come back. So far so good. I must say Mr. Ifit has been EXTREMELY helpful and has gone above and beyond what any other source would do.

Thanks brother. Yeah, I know I'm still little. I lost a lot of size after last cycle and having my t levels plummit. Hoping to get all those gains back plus a little on this cycle.

Yes. I like it. Definitely great for preworkout.

I had to stop it aittle early as I was having issues with the 1TC, I may run it for a couple more weeks later in the cycle.

nice layout iron, i will do the assaultum even in no workout days, remember u wants to be in anabolic state 24/7. u have a nice foundation to start.

Looking solid. Since you're a powerlifter, what are your current bests, and do you plan on obliterating them during this bulk cycle? Or just focusing on size?

I will destroy my previous totals which are:
Squat 405
DL 450
Bench 245

Of course, physique is also important to me as my goals outside the gym are to bang as many women as I can. Haha.

New goals for this cycle:
Squat 450
DL 500
Bench 285

Obviously I don't know your previous experiences but I would think you will hit those numbers no problem. FWIW I remember what happened after my first cycle very well (I should; it was only a few months ago). I was a bench specialist (I know, not a real powerlifter) who got up to 405 paused at 200 lbs as a lifetime natty, mostly by religiously training Westside style. For my first cycle, 500 mgs test e/week for 10 weeks, I put powerlifting on hold and trained like a bodybuilder. 25 solid ass pounds later, after not attempting a 1RM for months, I benched my goal weight of 200kg (440) no problem, basically on a whim. My connective tissues and CNS thanked me for the break from constant heavy lifting, no doubt. Sorry for the long winded story, but the point is I'm fairly certain that you'll destroy your current numbers by accident. Good luck!
