+ 16 Godtropin only cycle
Godtropin cycle 6 months in. Some basic background info;
-49 y.o. Training religiously the last 28 years
-No AAS experience (not a good candidate, too naturally prone to all the neg sides)
-One previous 8 week run with pharma hgh. Classic mistake of not being prepared to spend the cash to do at least 6 months so no results to speak of.
-Looking for as much Fat loss as possible. At 49 my metabolism is really freakin slow.
I started this cycle at a weight of 170 lbs and this was after dropping 20 lbs of fat over 4 months via cardio and strict diet. I've done plenty of cutting programs before to get lean via carb depletion, cardio, etc. But when I hit 47 the game clearly changed and the things that worked before didn't work the same way now. I upped the cardio a year ago and got strict with my diet. I was able to drop 20 lbs but my body comp was totally different than it used to be. Fuck aging. So I found Matt's product and decided to give it a shot. I'd been researching this stuff for a long time and it seemed like the right fit for someone like me who has worked hard in the gym for three decades but was never a good fit for AAS. Here's the info chronology;
This is primarily an hgh only run. I did add T4 after a month and I've been using Nolva since I'm prone to gyno.

170 lbs start of hgh run. Started at 2 ius daily for first week and bumped up to 4 ius split am and early afternoon. No real sides early on but I started to get leaner within two weeks. I kept my diet exactly as it had been the months prior where I dropped 20lbs. Low carb, no sugar, high protein. I also continued with 5 days of cardio 40-50 minutes per day. I did increase my strength training from 4 days to 5 at the start of this program to maximize the effects I could get. But I didn't want to change much so I could see what effects the product would have.

Definitely leaner. Didn't notice much in terms of strength or stamina increase. But the results visually are obvious. My body is starting to recomp. I'm burning fat that previously my body didn't want to burn even with diet and cardio. In terms of sides, at this point I was experiencing the following;
Lethargy in the afternoon (this went away by month three), numb hands when I woke up, several fingers would actually be locked up when I woke up. No change in sleep pattern. None of these sides were bothersome except for this; at week 4 I developed a cough that has since then turned into this chronic throat clearing. I've had it the last 5 months and won't know if it's related to the hgh until I'm off it. It has the characteristics of an allergy, which is what my doctor thinks it might be. It's super annoying, but definitely bearable. No difference in skin. Also, for about two weeks at the 2 month mark I got the bumps/welts others had mentioned. For whatever reason they stopped occurring after about two weeks. The only thing I did differently was vary my injection site more. I do still get one every now and then.

So interestingly the fat burning had kind of leveled off, but my muscle gain had been constant from the beginning as can be seen in photos. Biceps went from 15.5" to 16.5". Shoulders and traps thickened. Lats grew slightly. I also have to note that at this point I was easing up on my diet. After 8 months of being pretty strict I felt I could get away with more cheating while on the hgh. This probably accounts for the slow down in fat burning, although I was hoping I'd be one of the lucky ones that could eat poorly and still burn fat with the product in my system. But my metabolism has always been pretty slow, and at 49 I probably can't get away with much even with the external help. Even so, at the 4 month mark I was very pleased with the progress, just still hoping to get leaner.

So this is basically where I'm at now. All the same sides are there, but very manageable. Weight went from 170 lbs to 179 lbs and I'm obviously leaner, probably 8-9% body fat. My waist went from 33.5" down to about 31.5". I definitely still have some fat to lose around my waist. I'm hoping that getting back to the clean diet, and the fact that the product is supposed to be most effective from 6 months on will make that happen.
Just wanted to share this info, since I don't see too many hgh only programs posted here. This forum has been a truly helpful and positive source of info, and I thought it was important to share anything that might be helpful to others. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Good read thanks +1
Brother, NICE WORK. Slow and steady! The "kids" need to see this. Six months, consistent, day in and day out! Plus, you acknowledge that it's still about training and diet. You obviously have a good grasp of both. Keep kicking butt, and keep sharing! Very cool.
Thanks for the feedback Zeus. It's a complicated equation this aging game, so the more solid data we can put out there the better we'll all do. I'll keep you bros posted.
+1 bro....great shit all around. u look great for ur age man. I can tell you know wat ur doing. A very smart thing i noticed u said is that it takes really about 6 months to start getting the full effects of gh. What do u plan on doing from now? Maybe bump it to 5-6iu? How long u plan on being on gh?
Good question. I plan on running for another couple months and see what happens when I bump up to 6 ius daily. Interestingly, my most dramatic results happened from months 2-4, the last couple of months not much of a change but I attribute that to a looser diet. Since my real goal here was to get as lean as possible if I don't see more substantial fat loss going forward I may take a break and run some clen/t3 which I did once before with good results. But there's no doubt this stuff is a total game changer.
dimonddavidsonOutstanding!!! Great write-up.
A lot of people are against taking t4 and will bash that fact but I'm a big fan of T4. People don't take the time to research shit properly. They say t4 can shut down your thyroid for good. True but at a rate of about 1 out of every 600 people. The next wrong fact people will say is it's catabolic, which is true, but if you diet correctly and supplement protein with the proper amounts of fats and carbs, it's actually anabolic in the sense it speeds up your metabolism allowing for digestion of protein, which in return allows more to be available to build muscle with. I myself take t4 with my hgh. In fact, I would say if you don't, your throwing half your money out the window. A lot of people with "higher karma" will disagree and I'm sure bash this post, but my medical training, not bro science will back up my claims.
Good work brother and I look forward to seeing your results down the road. Looking good already man.
For me there was no reason not to add the t4 with this based on the research. I had used t3 and clen a few years back and saw a real difference in fat loss when I added the t3 to the clen. And I didn't notice any adverse affects when I came off it. That being said, I don't sense a great deal of added benefit with the addition of t4 with this GH run. I tried at one point doubling the daily dosage and also didn't see a real difference. I'm slowly taking the t4 out so that I can see if there's a difference with just the GH alone. At 100 mcgs daily, the t4 is converting to a lot less t3 than was in my system back when I was doing 100 mcgs of t3 daily with clen, so it could be that my thyroid simply needs the higher levels to be effective.
Awesome work brotha awesome transformation I'm on month three of his products and love them. +1
Great information, you look good brother + 1
AnonAwesome progress. Thanks for the log. Currently my first month in with GOD.
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.
PermalinkGood job sir!
Brilliant work there. And as someone thinking about giving up steroids and running this alone (already on it), really helpful
Outstanding!!! Great write-up. Thanks for giving back to the forum. Have u considered upping your dose? Nice work Bro!!!! So helpfull
Yes I have. I'm curious to see if being at the 6 month point becomes the sweet spot at 4 ius daily, but will bump to 6 ius if after a month I don't see much of a change. As you can see In the pics, not much of a change between months 5 and 6 but that could be due to diet. Glad this was helpful to you.
bigmurphMatt should use your time lapse photos in the infomercial lol
Looking great +1
Great log bro. Looking great! +1
