Have been training consistently for 3-4 years but all together 5-6
This is my first real cycle,I have chosen test prop in case any side effects occur as the compound will be out of my body within a few days, i have read that pinning EOD can be a nightmare but i think there are more advantages of using test prop such as a shorter cycle, less bloat (apparently),im just looking for lean gains and to drop body fat, i will include 20-30minutes cardio a day alongside an hour+ of weight training where i will train 2 muscle groups in a session Eg: back/bis-chest/tris-legs/abs etc

Smh he doesn't need more steroids and prop is a horrible first cycle. Prop u need to have great pinning techniques and great spot rotation.which he has neither. What's the point of running aas if u can't walk or move from pinning virgin muscle EOD. Now to the op bro u are 23 percent body fat that greatly increases side effects like estro. U really need to focus on your diet and training. Take sometime get yourself 15 percent or under before u run this. The kitchen is where u neied too focus right now
I said it's a great choice because it's not gonna make him retain water ! He already decide to do it , so being 23% body fat best test is , test p ! He don't need more water on top of his body fat. I'm assuming he wants to lean down and if , if possible gain some lean mass.

ok and thanks for your feedback my body fat was done in the gym on a machine and dont think it is so accurate, i will have pictures up soon
BigRed904What kind of machine did you use to measure bmi? Bodpod? If it was a scale it is usually innacurate when it comes to those qho powerlift and such. I'm 6'4 270 and currently 16%bf with calipers, when I use scales or charts I'm technically obese lol.
yeh mate it was a scale with grip sensors and thinking about it im definitely not that fat lol
Calipers would be your better option. You can get a set for about five bucks on amazon.
