Nolvadex when finished 30 everyday 3 weeks
Just wondering what y'all thought

I really do appreciate it going to really up on calls went and got dynamitize super mass gainer from gnc and just going hit gym hard currently doing Chris Thompson routine with friend. Can't say thanks enough y'all saved my ass. And any suggestions on where to store gear?

Store it somewhere dark in room temp..... I'm also giving u +1 for keeping an open mind and doing things the right way u won't regret it in the end ur going to be glad u waited. I'm sure all the experienced members would be glad to help u good luck and keep us posted

this should help to put some quality mass on you as long as your training is up to par. Works both on and off cycle.

For sure glad I talked to yall first. Last thing I want to do I be unhealthy about it. I will start loading up on more calories pretty sure that's where I've been going wrong.

Thanks for info guys I will definitely shelve till I get to 160 at least it's always been frustrating I work really physical tough job last ten years and gym now too just always felt like standing still.

Judging by ur pic that's the best bet bro. Now is ur time to push ur limits then consider running maybe ealry next yr I would recommend. U can do whateve u want but we are giving u recommendations so that u a nice run. In the end u will be glad u waited and built a solid foundation with food and training. Check out the diet and training forum a lot of great advice that will point u in the direction u want to go.

I cannot ethically comment on your cycle. I know you ordered the items already but hear my plea.

Shelve the gear.
For the next week write down everything you eat, along with calories. If it averages less then 4000 a day, then there's your problem. If however it's more, come back to the site and post. Something isn't right.

How long have you been lifting?
Would you consider posting a picture up?
What's your current training plan?

I don't do any dairy unless organic milk w shake have two 50 gram shakes a day w amino during workout. Nothing but high quaility meat lots of cashews peanut butter and pasta?

Justlikeanother guy said take these next few weeks write down everyting u eat on the daily basis and count ur calories and macros also ur training regiment that will give us an idea on where u can improve so u can start building a base and prep u for ur future cycle

I've always been faster and stronger than any one my size but the appearance has just never been there for me I'm 27 still gym almost everyday.

Ok I was at 180 working hard on drilling rig but got fat. I lost weight down to 155-160 gym 5-6 times week drinking tons of stuff eating all the right stuff pulled my mcl now just getting back into and I'm at 148 but trying to get back hitting gym hard and not starting this for approx 2 months

5'6" at 150. I don't know buddy...

Give the training another 6 months. Eat as much as you can, and then more. Then come back and see if you're not 175!

I think you have more potential left.

Agreed, 5 foot 6 at 145 is extremely lean with no true base. I was that weight and had almost no muscle or fat. He needs about 30 more pounds because 145 is absolute lbm for the height as I am also that height. 30 more pounds and a cycle would shine like crazy.

Wow, So he's really not carrying much muscle mass at all then. I see no reason why in 6 months 15lbs can't be gained naturally. There's so much potential left, gear at this point would be disastrous, and would only bring him to a level that would otherwise be achieved naturally with proper diet/training.
