"plannig to follow a healty diet rich of protein and zero fat"....You need to research more in the diet aspect as suggested below. You need essential fatty acids and healthy fats ALWAYS in your diet. Saying "zero fat" shows a lack of knowledge...but it's ok man...below you have some very great advice and a diet plan outlined that includes the healthy fats you need as well as proper nutrition to make your general muscle-building goals without using AAS successful. It may be hard to start eating that much from what you are currently following...but you must acclimate your body to eat more and often. These guys are right you should hold off the cycle and get your body used to eating more with that diet regime before you jump into a full blown cycle...you'll make a much more productive cycle in the future with a better foundation in terms of having your diet/training(making natural gains) dialed in. Now once you are ready and have a better overall base to start with(body composition, diet working, and training regime) the cycle proposed above is fine for a first run...Only thing I'd say is start the A-dex with .25mg every 3 days...this can be adjusted/is very variable for everyone...you'll need to find your sweet spot but personally I think every other day starting might be too much to begin with. Best of luck to you man...and don't take the criticism/bashing as a personal attack...these guys are just looking out for you and have given you golden advice to help you achieve the best results man!

Food required here, not AAS. You need to get used to eating more before you waste your money on gear. Without the food, your results will be a disappointment.

I would like to help you out finding some food you would like to eat bro! I know alot of great recipies, you never really have to eat the same thing twice since you dont have a lower limit on your diet!! Its actually rather exciting!
Grub till you can't. Figure out our daily caloric intake and then double it. Your probably eating about 12-1500. Your wieght is fine if your 4-7
forget that low fat diet man...you need calories and lots of them...like 6-8 meals worth, morning and post workout shake + a gallon of whole milk a day
massive hooked you up with a diet down below...here are some more options...
wake up: cardio
immediately following:
2 scoops whey, 2 tbls nat peanutbutter, 1/2 cup oats, whole milk
8 am: 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats(uncooked)
10 am: 2 pieces bread(make sure its low sodium) peanut butter, 1 cup 2% greek yogurt
12pm: 8 oz tilapia, 1/4 cup white quinoa(uncooked)
2pm: 8 oz chicken breast, quinoa, half an avocado
4pm: 8 oz chicken, mixed greens with 1 tbls olive oil
pre workout: whatever your pre workout drink is
post workout: 1 scoop whey 1 scoop casein, whole milk, 1/2 cup oats
8 pm: 8 oz chicken breast, broccoli
this can be tweaked as you notice your body recomp...ie more carbs if u aren't making the gains you want or less carbs if you feel yourself getting soft
OPTION 2:
Post cardio shake- 2 scoops whey, 1 cup raspberries, 1 banana, 2 tbls natural pb, whole milk, flax seed.
Meal one- 5 eggs (660mg omega/ea) 5 egg whites, half cup oats
Meal two- one cup Greek yogurt, two pieces health nut bread wit 2 taplespoons natural peanut butter with flax seed
Meal three- 8 oz pork tenderloin, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup white quinoa
Meal four- 8 oz wild salmon, 1 oz almonds, 1 cup brown or black rice
Meal five- 8 oz chicken breast, 1/2 oz almonds
Post workout shake-1 scoop whey 1 scoop casein, 1/2 cup oats, two tbls natural peanutbutter, whole milk
Meal six- 1 cup low sodium cottage cheese, 1 oz almond
this is pretty close to my diet now and its working for mass

FORGET THE CYCLE LIKE FAST SAID BRO, YOU GOTTA HIT THE KITCHEN AND START HITTIN SOME SERIOUS WEIGHT IN THE GYM!
Try this diet if youd like:
Meal1: whey protein shake 2scoops/1 egg/1 ccup oats/1 cup plain non fat yogurt/2tbs cold milled flax seed 1 bananna.
Meal2: 3 egg whites 1 whole egg 4-8oz chicken breast 1/2 cup of sweet potatos.
Meal 3: whey protein shake 2scoops 1tbs flax seed w/ garden salad!
Meal 4 : 4-8oz of ground turkey 1/2 cup brown rice
(Meals 1-4 are all before 2pm)
Meal 5: 6oz chicken breast with 1lb brocholli.
Meal 6: 4-6oz chicken breast with 1/2lb brocholli.
Meal 7: 8-10oz fish. "Tilapia" 1lb and 1/2lb brocholli.
Meal 8: casein shake 2 scoops 30min before bed to fire up the metabolism and feed muscles through the night.
Bam! Now that'd a daily winner!
