First Cycle Ever!!

Ok so to start off I havent actually ordered anything yet seeing as how ive been reading posts and doing research for about four months now. I really want to make sure that I have a good plan before I even order any gear. I am 26 years old, 5'10" and I weigh 180. I am at about 15% body fat, Im very active and Ive been in the gym on and off for about 8 years now. I am looking to gain about 10 to 15 solid pounds if possible from my first cycle. Now that you have all of the info on me this is the cycle that I have came up with, any info on if I should change anything or if Im way off and need to go back to the drawing board would be helpful.

Like I said Ive been reading what you guys have been saying and this is what I have came up with, any input is welcome.

Read into Nolvadex, its and estrogen blocker. You might want to have some in case you start having gyno symptoms and also to take in your PCT.

Ok so I updated the cycle I adjusted it off of the great advice you guys have been giving me. I will continue to update it as I get good advice. Im also going to post my diet and workout plans after researching some more. Then maybe I can get some good feedback on them as well. Again thanks for all of the help, you guys are a life saver!

Read every thing you can here. Tread has helped me hold on to the gains I made on my first test only cycle. His diet and estrogen control knowledge is golden. Viking also has a phd in how to do this. Anything these guys say is pure gold. I can't thank them enough for the amazing wealth of hands on common sense advise

Well laid out on the new cycles page but my first thoughts would be to drop the d/bol being your first cycle so that you can learn one compound at once!this is the safe and most logical way to start out with your usage of aas,i am the first here so i am sure the guys will follow and back me up with this information.

It is hard work sometimes but just has to be done,my ladies that i train dont get it when i tell them they have to eat to lose also! most think its a joke until the results come in.

No dbols. Test only. Get ai for incycle help. Whats your pct?

ok so I wont order Dbol for the first cycle then. The PCT starts week 12, two weeks after last test shot, the first two weeks of PCT is 40mg Tamoxifen (nolva) per day, the last two weeks of PCT is 20mg Tamoxifen (nolva) per day.

def no dbol. not neccesery and at 15% bf u wont be happy with the extra bf u will most likely get being its your first time.. and def. clomid w/pct 100/100/50/50 + nolv

You'll grow nicely on a test only cycle bro, start with one compound at a time. Run it 12 weeks, good luck

Hey mate what kind of results are you experiencing so far? I'm planning my first cycle and am curious about th pros and cons of this type of cycle.
