I'm 30 years old 248 lbs and im on my first cycle trying to lean up I'm running sustanon 250 1ml twice a week . Does anyone have any pointers about dosing or recommendations

no body fat or pic. Running sust incorrectly , running it as a first cycle also incorrect. Leaning up comes from diet and physical activity and correct training, not the fucking compound. Batting a thousand.
I feel like its ground hogs day around here...repeat, repeat, and repeat..
Until you give us an idea of body fat or a pic can't really comment.
That "lean up" statement has me thinking a cycle is not the best scenario here.
for first cycle keep the sust out of your mind sart with test c or e as House told you , but what is your body fat to start a cycle , how long you train . i guess your plan to lose fat fore than gain muscle . if your body fat high start with your diet cardio and whan your body fat in the range you can start it .
Your better off running a test e cycle. Same routine 2 a week. Mon,thursday...Have a ai on hand like exemstane and a pct should bd ready to use.
