First Correct Cycle
I'm 5'9, 29yrs old, 173#, BF roughly 18% (currently too high but won't be starting cycle for another 4-6 weeks yet)
This will be my first cycle done correctly. I'm keeping it pretty simple.
I have used steroids in the past (when I was 23/24 years old) but it was literally just bought from a guy at the gym used what I thought was right and that was it, no PCT, no knowledge. I can't even remember what I used!
Still 4-6 weeks off getting started but I wanted to get everything together before hand and see if I need to make any changes and get some feedback/advice on what I'm going to do
I had knee surgery and shoulder surgery end of 2014, so nutrition and training was very inconsistent and it showed in my appearance. Been back training well for about 6 months and had a handle on my nutrition for the last 2 months and I've dropped 12lbs in that time
I'm getting married in June and would like to be in the best shape of my life when I fly to Bali on the 20th June. By then I want to have finished my cycle and PCT so I'm not messing about with anything while I'm away.

There is a bit of urgency and I appreciate the situation isn't ideal. I obviously am just eager to be in the best shape possible for my wedding and honeymoon.
Checked stats yesterday and I'm actually at 14% BF now and at 170lbs
I'm pretty sensible so if iI'm not down to 12% in the next 4 weeks I'll leave it.
I already have everything for the cycle, I have a holiday in September so I'll make use of it for then instead

Personally, I don't think you have enough of a base built yet to start cycling. Drop down to a respectable body fat before you start cycle (12% or so) and you are sitting around 5'9" and 160 lbs! No where near ready to be doing a cycle.

I agree, plus there is too much urgency here with the June deadline. Need to wait and get down to at least 15% bf with a decent training base and maybe think about a winter bulker down the line.
You don't want to be on honeymoon straight after pct. What if he doesn't fully recover in time. No sex on honeymoon - fuck that!

You better get your body fat down before pinning. 18% is inviting estrogen related side effects. I would hold off on the AI until week 3. You do not want to crash you estrogen. Pull bloods at week 4 or 5 and let the results dictate whether you need adjust you AI dosing. I would begin at .5 E3D as opposed to EOD. If you have enough gear, I would extend the cycle to 12 weeks. The test will really not start booming until about a month into the cycle. Your PCT is not correct. Listen to Happy.
Cycle seems ok but I'm sure the experienced guys will chime in shortly. Most run a basic cycle like this for 12 weeks. I do see your PCT is only about half "correct". Usually a correct PCT would also include clomid 100/100/50/50 a long with the nolva.
