Cutting down to a calculated 189.3 lbs @ 5.5%bf
I did the math of lbm vs fat, and am doing a controlled defecit of 300 daily to reach exact statistics.
Once I win 1st in light heavy I will bulk my ass off for a year, and prepare for the next step, as this is a qualified show.
Most of the oils I'm using are Geneza from naps, and orals are balkan from ashop. Great service with those 2!

The only thing I wouldn't be doing is the injectable Winny. The pip and irritation that comes from it could cost placings if it irritates the muscle. I stay away from all objects that cause large amounts of pip or if they carry EO or guaicol especially during a prep. I also can drop fat easy, always did 20 week preps by week five I'd be 7 or under in bf than I put it on cruise control and came down the rest a touch slower. Trying to obtain too much too soon the last few weeks in a short prep will make your body much more apt to fight back, making cortisol levels rise, holding water etc etc. I'd throw in the fasted cardio 2 to 3 days for a bit in the AM. Drop test 3 weeks out. You plan on crashing estro? Doing a traditional 3 day training week the last week Mon tues weds? Going to deplete carb wise and drop water I assume? What's your contest history? You do realize you have to taper down with T3 or it can be nasty? Have you used all these compounds before?

Absolutely. I failed to mention that in my pay, but I'm going to drop the test p about 2 weeks out completely

I wouldn't wait until the last 6 wks to hit the cardio, I would hit it now every morning fasted. Plans on dropping test last couple of weeks and crashing estro last week to dry out/harden up? Don't think you need to run the winnie for 10 wks. I think the last 5-6 wks would be fine with the winnie. I'd probably run the var the last 8 wks. I would go the albuteral route instead of clen. Lot less sides and I think it works better. You may want to join the contest prep group and post there to get some hardcore feedback that probably wont be dished out from the guys in the open forum.
I lose fat very very quickly. Hard to gain, easy to lose type. If I started doing cardio now I'd peak at 5-6% at 3 weeks out. I want to try and maintain as much lbm as possible. I will however take your advice on doing fasted at least 2 times a week starting a bit earlier than 6 wks out. The only reason I'm running var for 10 wks is I happen to be lucky enough to have a surplus, and I know it's very non hepatoxic. Yes, I plan on dropping test 2 weeks out to drop any retaining water.
What is your experience with MHN bro in prior preps? Also noted is the absence of GH going into the prep phase. The conditioning provided by GH is hard to simulate. What is your comp history like? (nothing identifying) Also noted is the absence of halo. Usually have an IM adrogen and an oral androgen (mast and halo) then and IM anabolic and an oral anabolic (tren and var). Then in the US anyways we do add Winny in with the Mast to pull water. I prefer Winny depot to the tabs (also available from Naps). But very curious about the MHN.
This'll be my first run with mhn. I'm very interested in the effects whilst cutting as well. I'll def keep you updated on it. I do have a bit of gh on hand, but not enough to make a difference. It's a funds issue at this point. Moving, and switching jobs recently have kinda thrown my budgeting of whack a bit. But I'll be back on it in a few months. No halo. Again budget issues. I would only run it the last 4 wks, so that still gives me time to get some on hand if needed. My buddy usually has some extra I can swipe. Although MHN is an anabolic.
Noooot a huge fan of IM winny. I know it's cleaner, less harsh on your liver etc... but it and I have never gotten along very well. Usually disabling pip. In no pussy, and can pin 3ml ED, but damn shit hurts.

Yeah, I let my coaches do my chemicals. They get paid enough Good to get ideas from here. We have a number of guys that compete including old timers like me that have been at it for a while. But, if you have good coaches let them run it. Learn what you can from them and from us. You can never know too much.
Well, after all, Winny depot is the reference standard in pain. Everything else in PIP is measured against Winny. I remember one show I got this huge ass lump that was gonna show right through my trunks - 2 days out - no time - points would certainly come off for that mess. Drained it myself with an 18 gauge. Just the one time though. Never will forget it.
