Currently: 215lbs | 11-12%BF | 6'1
Work calls for me to drop sub 6-7%BF in ~25 days, so thats the goal. Looking to drop ~15lbs in 25-30 days.
Very experienced in AAS and related, Ive touched on everything. But this will be my first run at DNP.
I stay on test/hgh year 'round, relatively low doses. Been on 37.5mcg t3 for ~5months, I will increase it to 50mcg while on DNP.
Carb depleted for 3 days prior to starting. On DNP I will eat iso 33/33/33 at maintenance. Also doing 20-30 min LISS cardio daily (fasted, first thing in the am after my HGH shot) and lifting 3x a week (only enough to maintain).
If catabolism becomes apparent I will change macros to 40/40/20 (c/p/f) and throw in 50mg drol for remainder of cycle.
Might run clen 40-80mcg days 20-25 to help drop water retention and give me that 'hard' look. idk.

Having never run DNP jumping to 500mg from the get go is gonna be a shocker for you. You'll know what I mean at the end of the first week. DNP alone should get you where you need to be, the ephedrine is over kill really, but jumping that high from the beginning with the DNP and the lethargy is gonna suck. Ephedrine will at least give you energy to continue with your training, that's the only reason I would include it. There isn't the need for Clen on top of everything else. I get the dryness part as DNP will cause some bloat, but this is a lot of different compounds to throw together.
I'd say leave out the T3 and ephedrine. First of all you don't need t3 on dnp[ that's a myth. Yes your t3 levels will be lower while on dnp but that's just how your body responds. There will be plenty of fat burning without the t3 trust me.
I'd say do 12 days of dnp then take a 12 day break and do another 12 days. That will work better. Then use your ECA stack after you finish dnp to prevent any hunger rebound.

Like exclusively.....Jelly beans...starbursts....candy basically..not chocolate either though, just fat free sugary candy....
I would eat my pack of skittles and my pack of starbursts and 30 minutes later I'd have broken out in a full on sweat sitting in 68 degree air conditioning with my temperature reading 100 degrees F on a thermometer.
I did throw some fasted cardio in there a few times during my 13 day run all it consisted of was 20 minutes on a exercise bike at a setting of 8. I found week 1 bearable for lifting weights, but by week 2 it was basically freaking pointless, I had 0 energy for lifting really I only made it to 2 workouts this past week, chest/tri's and shoulders/shrugs and they were strictly getin getout workout lifting as heavy as i could fast for 4-5 sets per exercise and leave.

Way too many harsh chemicals IMO.. wheres the blood work to support the t3 usage?

You're right this is probably overkill but I got a deadline here, Id like to meet my goal using as few substances as possible.
Broscience supports supplementing t3 with dnp, thats irrelevant in this situation as Ive been on t3 for months already.
I have bloodwork done regularly. Nothing out of the ordinary while cruising, low FSH/LH. High RBC.
Haha, I'm also stopping my DNP run about 5 days before I fly out to Asia to film a show as I don't want the extra bloat (which is significant for me!) when on Camera.
I'm in front of the camera for my intellectual opinion not how I look but even so I'd rather not feel chunkier!
Aim for 7/8 days, especially if you go up to 750mg.

I don't agree with this stack tbh.. in any form. essentially a fair comparison would be someone saying they're going to run tren, oral tren, superdrol and winny to bulk. The degrading you're doing to your internal body is astounding. If you post up recent blood work ill gladly advise on this, but in the meantime I can't ration giving advice when I know how it will destroy your health.
