Description, concerns and expectations
First had a lot of great suggestions from Friends on here for future cycles and will be trying them out in future so please don’t think I didn’t listen...
Been running HGH for last 2.5 months. Wanted to prime the body as much as possible with tightening up nutrition (macros), give the HGH some time to do it’s thing, get down to 8-9%bf then go into cycle. That time is now.
Currently at 206, 10%bf. I keep fluctuating between 9–11% over the last 4-6 weeks and holding steady at 206, so with some minor tweaks in nutrition, i feel my body is ready to go.
Want to add size with cycle, 215-220 and realistically want to retain size after cycle around 210-215. However, I do not want to look puffy or fluffy. I will sacrifice for the short term but really going to be on top of the water retention the best I can be. Hate going from hard to softer, just looks terrible in my books but enivitable sometimes.
I switched from HGH to CJCDAC purely for cost reasons and added GHRP-6 as a syngery effect. Continuing this for at least 7-8 more months. Have also been taking Cardarine (10mg morning and 10mg hour before pre workout days) and it’s awesome to see over time how it’s just burning up the fat and leaving a harder/relief look.
Sooo...here we go. I’m used to longer AAS cycles and longer esters but this one will be a quick 10weeks. I’m adding Sustanon at lower dose of 500/mg week (10weeks), Dbol 40mg/day (spaced 20mg morning, 20mg) for 4 weeks, Tren 300mg (10weeks) Deca 300mg (8weeks). I have run tren and deca before together and don’t exhibit any shut down issues that some have, and keep the dosage spread out during the week.
On cycle support
Aromasin. Bloods will be checked at week 4, week 8 then post.
Letro on hand, possibly .25/E3D depending on levels
toremifene citrate on hand, I’ve had great results pct with this versus clomid so I might switch it, not sure.
Ostarine(20mg/day) has always been awesome PCT too.
I take milk thistle, drink BCAA, drink a good amount of water, can always be more, I use food app during cycles to make sure optimizing diet.
Looking forward to seeing some results. Will post any sides or changes made along the way. As much as like to see the progress, I hate adding selfie pictures but guess it’s necessary to document the changes...so sorry for the double selfies
