STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Basically I want to put on as much weight as possible without eating like shit which I never do. This is probably my 7th or so cycle - dont remember.
Currently
208lb
5'6
10-12% bf

diet will be 7 clean meals a day, 1 dirty meal 4x a week depending on how lean I am.
Macros will be
290g protein
250 carbs a day gradually and slowly increasing to 600 carbs by week 5 and proceeding with that number until week 13.
170g of fat

Cardio is done 3x a week after weight training for 30min of slow intensity
Training 6 days a week heavy lifter here.
Oh and I run proviron in every cycle. Not worried about liver damage but I always run tudca and liv 52 ds.

Coming off with my usual endo who guides me off every cycle and gets my shit together.
