How long have you been working out and how many days a week? Also what is your diet and goals?
Almost two years
4-5 days a week I go to the gym
One day a week I do cardio
I eat pretty clean I avoid junk food try to eat anything with protein in it as much as possible usually just when I'm hungry and I'm hungry a lot
Eggs/ egg whites Greek yogurt
Chicken/ steak /pork /fish with veggies
Protein shake
Some sort of sand which with a lot of cold cuts on whole wheat flax seed bread
Snack ( veggies rice beans )
Steak/ chicken/ pork/ fish with veggies
I eat about 5 meals everyday including a 70 gram protein shake
My goals are just to put on some size and put on some lean mass
How much did you way before you started lifting? 2 years isn't long time to be lifting natural. My point is that you might want to consider holding off on cycle a while longer. Your 25 years old and 6 ft at 185 pounds after 2 years of lifting weights... so honestly I'm not trying to bust your balls but I see plenty of natural gains left in you man. If you really eat big you'll get big but you have to murder those weights too. I know at your height and age you can reach you 200 lbs goal with heavy lifting and eating more. Keep at it homie

Around 165 and you're right I guess I'm just impatient we'll see how it goes these next three months of intense training
I will keep posting progress
And when I start my cycle I will do before during and after pictures as well as uploading pictures of my labs and diet

So your saying that you will take my advice and hold off on cycle until your natural gains slow down a bunch? Just remember eat big to get big
I'm considering it
Obviously you're not telling me not to cycle just to tell me not to cycle
In three months I'll decide if I will do it or not depending on my gains in just going to train hard get a lot of sleep and eat like an animal

I see that you're of age to cycle. What are you looking to do with this cycle? How long have you been working out? You definitely can hit 200lbs in no time at your height.
I am looking to put on some size and build clean solid muscle

That would be great if I could hit 200!

Standard pct should be clomid 100/100/50/50 and Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
