I am currently 191 @ 13.4%BF. My expectation during the next 15 weeks is to gain 8-12 pounds and to lower my BF to 10% +/- .5%.

Test e or cyp is easier. See first run cycles in forums..under the community dropdowns. Sust fluctuates too much forfirst run imo.

is it just me or i think i see something weird with the length of Deca and Test together! Sustanon will work better if you pin it EOD to take advantage of the short ester. And may be stop the Deca 2 weeks prior to the last shoot of Test to avoid any inconvenient with your buddy down there!
Agree! Test 12 & deca 10. But going for sust for that lil 40Mg prop bump....naaa. Prop kicker easier with test e imo
