-1 After more research i decided on this for my cycle... Test C & Dbol

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Im 37yrs old and am hovering around 185lbs now and last bf% was 20%... Id like to jump to 210 and not to worried about the shredded look... I lift 5 days a week for about 1-1/2 hours. This is my 2nd cycle, I ran a bottle of test about 15 years ago but had no idea what i was doin then. I didnt have any side effects then so i figured id try this cycle.
I plan on eating a bunch of chicken,beef and Universal real gains to get my protein and as far as carbs im eat pasta and pb&j's. Shooting for 4000-6000 cal daily if possible. I will be taking my normal supps while doin the cycle which will be Multi's,fish oil, joint support, pre workouts, creatine and bcaa's and possibly a fat burner if needed. I get an avg of 7 hours of sleep nightly.

4000-6000 calories means you do not have an accurate count of your calories which means your diet is off because that is way to much of a variation. For me I eat 4300 calories daily to maintain my weight at 215lbs. You need to work on your diet because you inaccurate count and high bodyfat show your diet is way off. Please don't take this as criticism I'm only trying to help. try fitday.com or myfitnesspal.com and log your foods in and see if you can lock in a good diet plan and stick to it. good luck

REALLY REALLY be careful with the dbol and your liver... stock up on all sorts of liver supports... and absolutely no drinking unless you wanna feel like you have been kicked in the liver by a horse.. I would honestly just hit test alone for this cycle. With test and 5k cals you will see what you want to see in regards to bulking. Now only that your PR's will skyrocket with all that food in you. The dbol was fun for me the first week or so but the lower back pumps and the liver actually in pain is not worth it at all to me, the test is amazing in itself and will really bring out your potential!! ok, seeing this is your 2nd cycle in a while, doesn't look bad. You could prob even just go with Test alone again since your other cycles was so long ago. 12 wks at 500-600mg would be good. No real need to taper up or down. Pct should be 2 wks after last shot. may want to include clomid with your nolv.
putting on 20 lbs shouldn't be too hard if your eating enough, and lifting HEAVY. I would cut your workouts back to 45- an hr max. Go heavy with basic movements. Still do some cardio but keep it to a walk min. incline. nothing intense. Forget the fatburners! youre looking to bulk correct. If you keep with the dbol your dose is ok, but include liver care! You can probably do with out it on this cycle though. Good luck, train hard.

My original plan was just test but with the source im gonna use im gettin 50 dbol as a part of the promo so im gonna run it.For my pct i planned on starting the nolvadex 15days after my last pin... I always lift as heavy as i can and seemed to hit a wall so im hopeing this will blast me thru it and break some PR's... As far as liver care i see alot of people say just take a shot of water and lemon juice every morning and i will be doing that every morning. Do you know of a good workout to run while on this? Oh yea and i will save the burners for after the bulk...

It sounds like you've got a bit more research to do before you start your cycle. There is more to PCT than Nolvadex. You should add some clomid as well. Also, liver support is not lemon water. Get some Liv-52 and milk thistle to run with your orals. Also, spend some time researching workouts that meet your goals. The search button can help answer many of your questions. Bring back some answers you've found and we can help fine tune them for you.

I've read that the milk thistle is b.s. heard that from a few people also. I've have heard good things about the liv though and planned on grabbin that. In the reviews I've read they say just the nolvadex should be fine with this basic cycle. If I went 1000+ on test plus 2-3 orals then run clomid with it. I have s couple good workouts ready from tnation but the more input the better... thanks for ya help.

I agree with your protocol, but I wouldn't rule out milk thistle. I've just seen too many good lab results (bloods) from people on a combination of milk thistle and other proven liver support compounds. My bloods are always better when I am using both as opposed to just Liv 52. Thanks for your info!

Not sure what your reading, but that's not solid info. Clomid is standard, but you're welcome to go without. There are many liver support compounds and milk thistle has been proven with bloods.
Just trying to help, so hope it goes well for you.

so i changed my cycle to add in some clomid with it. One thing i was thinking about doing was taking the next week off of all my supplements and even from the gym to rest my body before starting the cycle. Whats your thoughts on that? I really do appreciate your input. BTW going to go get some LIV, ill give the thistle a try and also seen vitamin c helps so grabbin some oranges also...lol

+1 for keeping an open mind and coming up with a good plan.
Not sure what supplements you're stopping. I wouldn't drop your protein or any other basic supplements. Taking a break is fine if you feel you are worn down. It is vital to listen to your body, especially on cycle. I usually lift 6 days a week, but I usually go to five every other week or so to give my body a break.
Glad you're adding clomid and the other liver supps.
I think your dbol dosage is good for this cycle. I would keep an eye on your aromasin dosage and estrogen symptoms. You may want to go to 6.25 ED after a week or so. New studies on aromasin in males have the half life at around 12 hours, so adjust to how you're feeling and blood tests.

How much milk thistle should i run? I use ANIMAL PAK and it has 500mg Milk Thistle (seed) in one pak. I could run 2 paks and bump it to 1000mg...

My goal is to BULK... id like to add as much as i can by eating alot of beef and chicken, maybe throw in some tuna. I eat tons of pb&j and Ham sandwiches due to work. As far as training i go to the gym 5/6 days a week and train one body part a day. I try to do 10-12 sets per body part and reps range from 5-40... Ive been looking for a good bulking program if you know of any.
