3rd Cycle in 5 Years - TrenE/A, Test E/C, Win, Var, PCT
My first cycle I was 25 and 145 lbs.. I was weak in the back and was looking for some help in strength and lean mass gains. It was kind of an excuse to eat clean and get to the gym. I went up to 175lbs on EQ and Test C (2 vials each for about 16 weeks total). Used HCG, Clomid and Nolva for PCT. Horrible acne.. nothing else really.
Second cycle I tried Tren and did two vials of that and Test E. Horrible acne.. was an idiot and partying so wasted it mostly.
This go round I'm 30 and much more mature. I didn't go to the gym for 3 months after my buddy died in January due to depression and dropped to 165lbs.. I gained back to 185lbs @ 13% by training hard and eating before starting this cycle at the end of September. My goal is 205 with 8% body fat at some point.
Cycle:
I am on 250mg/wk of Test E and 200mg/wk of Tren E for the last 8 weeks and I'm doing 2 injects a week. I started with once a week and after switching to twice a week the acne is a little better on my back. () Started 2 weeks of Winstrol at 25mg 2x ED at week 6 () and am switching over to Anavar at 40mg ED for 6-7 weeks.
Also got Tren Ace 100 x2.. going to finish off with 50mg ED for 6 weeks roughly and take the Test Cyp I got to 350mg week for 7 weeks to finish off. ()
Sides and AI:
Been taking Exemestane for estrogen.. doesn't really do anything for me and I got a small amount of gyno flare-up so I have letrozole on the way (ETA like a day...). Picked up Nolva and Clomid from Naps and still waiting on my package with the HCG, Kamagra (for the Nolva days) and some Modafinil if I need the cognitive sharpness through my recovery as I'm a business owner. My bacne is much less than it's been on my first two cycles with the same dosages. I am showering 1.5 times a day or so and using the benzoyl wash at 10% consistently. Lots of night sweats... my neck takes a dip in the swimming pool every fucking night. I have started flipping my pillow at like 3 in the morning as it wakes me up.
Weight & Diet:
So far I have gained from 186-195lbs and lost 3% body fat. My diet is 3100 calories a day consisting of about 250g of protein and about 200-400g of carbs depending as well as 110g of fat. Chicken, fish, little beef, broccoli, shredded wheat, protein shakes and rice for the most part.
Training:
I'm on a 5 day split 6 days a week. Legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms with abs 3 times a week and cardio a couple of days a week for about 30 minutes.. nothing crazy with the cardio.
All in all I have moved up from 245 on my bench to 345 for 3 reps.. fucking intense. I'm shoulder dominant which is honestly what got me to 245 but the AAS is really boosting my chest, triceps and mid/lower back big time. Did get a small quad injury unfortunately .. pop with no bruising in mid quad but have maintained roughly 365 for 5 reps on my squats.. have an injured left knee too.. just can't win on the damn squats. Deadlift is way up.. this was my weakest lift at about 365x2 and I'm at 425x3 which I'm stoked about as I've been stuck forever..

What are you using the winny for? What are you switching from E to P ? You look lean already not sure what you have going on here?

Week 8, the only big change is going from tren e to tren ace and test e to test c lastly dropping the winny for anavar.
I meant to get test prop not test cyp.. it was an error that I can't fix in time I don't think.
So basically all I've used at this point is test e, tren e and some winny. I did take some AI as gyno was flare a little

Just run test cyp @ 250ml every 3.5 days for 4 weeks.
Then 2 weeks off
Then pct nolvadex 40mg and clomid 100mg for two weeks then half the dose for the last two weeks

Just save the tren ace for a next cycle then? I could finish off my anavar with the cyp to tighten up. I have plenty of pct and did plenty of research.
Basically what I was trying to do was switch to short esters for the second half of my cycle as I got ready to get off as what I read made it seem like it's easier to PCT after the short esters since they clear out so quickly. I have HCG, clomid, nolva, aromasin, letro on me. The only thing that is buggin is sensitive nipples at the moment.
Also, I have a doctor that does my bloods. I am on T4 for low thyroid and he checks all my other shit too. Kidneys have high creatinin so he made me cut out creatine altogether. Liver is fucking solid. Lipids are fine. BP is staying around 130/80 with the juice which is higher than normal typically I'm 125/75ish
Supplement wise I'm taking CoQ10, Milk Thistle, Cranberry Pill, Fish Oil and a B complex with C
Bro . You are not going to be So big in one cycle like this . I think it's a kind of mess . I read the comments and I don't think so there is anything I can add . Because I'm learning too . But it just a mess what you do and you will not be jay cutler from one cycle like this .
Definitely do not want to be jay cutler. I'm 5'10" and about 200lbs at the moment. Honestly the juice has me killing it right now and I'm feeling pretty good 9ish weeks in. 3rd day of letro is helping with the super nipple sensitivity I got. Plan on just the daily nolva once this has gone for 10 days or so.
just avoid the other compounds save them for down the road,sell them or trade them.you don't have to use tren next cycle,theres plenty other steroids out there with less side effects.
I get what you think you were doing with taper,the problem is test cyp is a long ester when you should taper with test prop a short ester.

Hey what's up bro. Not sure why you changed up test mi cycle? Where you just going with what ever you has laying around or, was there a specific reason you wanted to swap out the test?
Not to sound down on your cycle, it isn't an over the top amount on the dosage , just seems like you barley know what your doing and, you went with TREN. TREN is a 19 nor, and should be ran with cabergoline for prolactin control issues.
Your log says you practically waisted a few cycles or had a lot of side affect. Just my opinion, but if your having these issue's, maybe you were not ready for TREN.
And 205 at 8% body fat. while I am sure it is possible to achieve, staying that lean/healthy off cycle is going to be pretty hard unless your diet stays on point. 3100 calories is not enough at all. You need to up your calories. You seem like you need to build a better base maybe from the looks of your photos. Not sure why you want to be 205 at 8% Bf, but, you can do It with less drugs and more work/diet .
How long have you been training. Seems like you have quiet a few lapses in your training background as well to have the need for cycling.
I am not one to tell A man what he should do, but if you where a client of mine, I would tell you to drop the concern about cycles and, focus more on diet an training progressively..

The cyp was an accident.. I wanted to do a short ester when I switched to the tren ace.
This is my second time running Tren and I don't really feel too bad. No crazy emotional shit or anything. Dick has been working plenty fine.
I'm 195 @ 10% right now so I've made pretty significant improvement already. I've kept a pretty light cycle at 200-250mg/wk of the test and tren.
I've been training 5 years with two gaps.. one for about 6 months 3.5 years ago and another for 3 months at the beginning of this year when my buddy passed.
