+ 3 2nd cycle Any input and suggestion welcomed

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

28 years old 5 9 with 90 kg and 12 % fat

I have run a test and dbol cycle and worked great for me. Trying to gain muscle. i am prone to gyno so arimidex is always in stock. i am planning to use test and tbol in this cycle.
any help will be highly appreciated.
my diet is quite clean so far taking 4500-5000 calories a day. Mainly
Chicken, brown rice, oatmeals, Fruits, veggies, Yougurt, protein powder supplements, omega 3 and 6 vitamins.
my training is 5 time a week. doing cardio 3 times a week. moderate intensity and average volume.
approx 10/13 sets per training day, rep range is 6-10

I would ditch the sust and just use test e or c. If you are looking to kick the cycle off, I would go with test again and do a prop kicker and ditch the tbol. Kind of concerned with your goal. In a perfect world that would be everyones goal and it would be easy to do. The problem is we live in the real world here and gaining significant amounts of muscle and losing fat at the same time is like pissing into the wind. Not recommended. You want to gain mass which requires caloric surplus and you want to lose fat which requires a calorie deficit. See the conundrum here. Pick one or the other and use your cycle to maximize its potential.

How many years have you been seriously lifting for? You are able to get away with only 10-13 sets total for each workout? I would be out of the gym in under 20mins with that volume for a workout.

Prop kicker I would run 100mg EOD for first 4 weeks. I would also keep the prop taper in there but I wouldn't step the dosages down each week. I would just run the taper 100mg EOD throughout.

Here are some routines that should give you an idea of workouts. There are lots of others in the training/diet section so take a look there to see what interests you. Even though you have a streneous job, you still need to up the intensity/volume in the gym. You just need to eat more calories to make up for your streneous job so that you have enough cals available for growth..
