Description, concerns and expectations
I'll be doing the above cycle for 10 weeks.
(200 test p, 300 mast p, 300 tren, 600 boldenone)
I want to keept this all relevant and not add too much unessesacary information to this log, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
I've been sorta slacking about at the gym, being inconsisent with training and diet. I've done a few cycles before, this time i plan to stay on the ball for at least the ten weeks and see a difference.
I want to document the change a body can undergoe with these compounds.
I'm 87kg at around 15% body fat. My main goal with this would be to lose body fat and gain strength which should be possible with gear.
10% and lower body fat is the aim.
I will also start today with a five day low dose course of DNP to get the ball rolling.
My training will consist of a chest, delt, tri/back, abs/rest split. Normally id do a push/pull/legs split but I am recovering from an LCL tear and cant train legs at the moment.
Weight training will pretty much be a 7x4 routine with progressive overload, i'll go into more detail later.
4 days out of the week I do bjj for the cardio
Calorie consumption will be 2000 cals.
I will check back every fortnight with updates on stats and with pictures along with any notes.
