Lot of guys here preach the AI straight up.
IMO I would keep the Adex on hand and take it if you start to notice estrogen related symptoms before your mid cycle blood test.
This way you can tell if your prone to aromatisation.
Throwing Adex in from the start just adds another compound to the mix when really your 1st cycle should be as simple as possible.
Why? Well Adex brings its own potential sides.
Personally I dont think either way would be right/wrong here, just a different perspective.

why are you running Adex that long?
I ran nolvadex/temoxifen citrate as PCT. As far as the Adex ran long to keep residual Estro down until the end of PCT. the other cycle, ran the same way. Also, I'm happy to take criticism or critique. These cycles were run while I was still in and hadn't put the research into them that I should have. These were 4-3 years ago respectively. Put them up as an integrity thing. I wouldn't get so wound up over it, but thanks for the time you took to review them. I'd have run the Test e for 10 now, and a host of other changes. Feel free to impart some wisdom if you care to share any.
Do not run adex into pct as it can cause estro rebound. Only wait 2 weeks to start pct after last pin and run clomid 100/100/50/50 Nolvadex 40/40/20/20. No only Nolvadex bullshit or you will fuck yourself.

Look up aro pct in the pct section on forums. Nolva is good for blocking estro at the site and slightly raising test levels but clomid works the opposite, doesn't block estro very much and raises test levels a lot. They work great together. Nolva is kind of a "dirty" drug... That being said adding a suicide AI (aromasin) at about 6.25mg/day for the first 3 weeks is a ton more efficient and allows to cut nolva in half (20mg week 1&2 - 10mg week 3&4). Arimidex does not lower estro in the blood, it just basically stops it from making it to the receptor sites. When adex use is ceased all that estro is let loose! Aro kills it, no rebound, better AI imo.
