12wk Post-Op Cycle help, I'm back after 14yrs

ad
STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

43yrs Male
5'10"
194lbs
BF 18%

After 14yrs I'm attempting to get back into the game. I sustained a torn ACL, MCL, PCL injury earlier in January. Just had full ACL Patella Allograft done in the beginning of July (7 months later). I've been on Genotropin for 2.5months prior to surgery. 2IU (May), 2.27IU (June), 3.18IU(July/After Surgery)...

I'm hoping that the gh will shorten recovery time. I'm Day 19 post-op and just started walking wo/crutches or brace today (albeit very slow).

I expect to do a mild 12week blast to help with recovery while leaning out a bit and gaining a little quality muscle. However, having done a few cycles 14yrs ago I'm still pretty green in cycle architecture. Any advice from the older seasoned vets would be most appreciated, especially with some AI & PCT. I plan on TRT (Cyp/2IUgh) afterwards. Thanks brothers.

Athlete...that is bummer about the injury. But sound like an active guy, and I know you will bust as to get back to as close to 100% as you can.
I don't comment on cycles much because I am a newby compared to all the knowledgeable vets on this site, and it is hard to have much to add. But I have a bit of experience with injury recovery, most of the substances your are proposing, trt, and your general goals. We are also roughly the same age and body composition(I am a bit taller and heavier).
If I deserved to get flamed, then hopefully a vet will step in, but the plan you are suggesting mostly seems logical and reasonable for your goals. Everything except the primo, and I don't think the anavar would be worth taking with your goals and body composition. Both those compounds do have some nice strength benifits, but don't seem to fit otherwise from my understanding. And aside from primo needing frequent pinning, 12 weeks probably isn't ideal for it. But you should listen to the vets on that because my experience with anavar is limited and I have none with primo.
I think I understand that your goal is to make the most effective post-op recovery, and get yourself back to being active and fit, and lean out/build some muscle. If so, IMO the combination of low-dose test and GH perfectly suits your needs. Some folks recommend dropping one or the other, but in my experience, using both hormones together in a low dose creates synergy that you won't enjoy otherwise.
If I were in your position, that is almost exactly what I would do.
A couple of questions:
1. How long of a recover are your doctors expecting, and do they expect a full recovery?
2. I see that you are planning on trt. If so, why the pct? Don't get me wrong, I love the fact you are planning it; just curious.
Best of luck with your recovery brother!

Just run the gh tell your better than a simple test cycle would be all you need

Thanks man, sound advice. It's what I'm doing now currently just gh and test. But having all this gear in front of me, waiting till I'm better is so tempting. Only thing left is the gp var thats in limbo.

Yes sir, PT'ing the crap out of it. So fortunate to have the best in the business. Kobe's guys are taking good care of me.

Thanks for the reality check. I think my first cycle was just cyp. 2nd cycle sust250/Deca/winny. 3rd was cyp/primo. But that was a while ago.

Curious why just test cycle only after a long break? Sorry for the lame question, but will my body react better to just test? Thanks for your insight bro.

Thanks Makwa for your input. Yes your absolutely correct. I'll need a little more PT time before I start. All I need is get on the sauce and re-injure myself. My bf went up after I got injured as well as some muscle loss.

Thank you for the link. But I've got good muscle memory. Prior to my injury I've been active in Judo, wrestling, Muay Thai for the last 33yrs since I was 10. I'm not someone that has been a inactive all their life and decided to take gear to get in shape.

At 43 I'm happy with being 5'10" 205lbs @17%bf (pre-injury) I'm not a bb and have rolled with guys bigger than me on heavier gear, only to gas out after 10min. of sparring or wrestling. I'm good with not being jacked, just fit with an edge.

Yes, 400mg of Primo may be a total waste for a bb. I know many say that 600-800mg is where it starts to shine. I might be still green as far as cycles under my belt. But I find it hard to believe, a mild stack of test/primo/var/ and hgh is not going to do anything. I just need some help arranging my AI and PCT because, yes you are correct. I will get shut down more than I am at the moment. I've been on Androgel for the past 4yrs. I forgot to mention that.

Thanks for replying Makwa and looking out. Much appreciated.

If you are on TRT you do not do a PCT. Just continue on with your TRT dose after end of cycle. I can also pretty much guarantee that a basic test e cycle is going to do more for you than the cycle you have posted. Research beginner's cycles, I think you will be much more pleased with the end result.

Not sure where to begin here but I will start with this.

You are nowhere near ready to be running a cycle if just coming off of an injury. You need some quality time in the gym to rehab everything first and to lower your BF. When you are ready to run a cycle you sure don't want to run a cycle like that. You are just a little over TRT dose and 400 mg of primo isn't going to do anything. All that cycle is going to do is just shut you down. Research beginners cycle, that is where you need to start out at when you are ready.
