we're all capable of mistakes, I've seen floaters in our vials, usually from defective pieces of rubber from the stopper that break off after vialing. We try to catch them but shit happens. I'd think someone with a floater in a vial would at least contact for a replacement but he's never messaged me, we're not friends and he's never posted in my forum. Despite the current animosity between keytech and I, I still don't want to occupy his forum with my banter or interact with his customers in here.
