Thing is at 40iu and one takes say 4iu a day will it last 10 days in the fridge without degrading? Doesn’t gh degrade fast once mixed? Or even 20 days if you only take 2iu? I did like there gh I got a couple years back. Actually seemed to be some of the best r we had. Ran it for 6 months at 2iu and felt great on it.
I was under the impression that things like HGH and Peptides once reconstituted will last 30 days in the fridge.

12 pull-ups is awesome dude. I can barely get 1, but I've realized it's an exercise that is very important to work on. Especially as you get older. I remember when I was younger, adding a 45lb plate with a dip/pull-up belt. That probably won't ever be happening again. Lol.
It’s the shits isn’t it I used to be able to do 18 pull ups now I can barely get 5-7 what a bitch it is getting older, but I’m focusing more on them inside outside grip I do love my dead hangs always done those.
I got a chin up today! Lol. Monday I'll see if I can get a pull up. I use a step stool to spring up and concentrate on the negative. I was using rubber bands to assist, but I feel I'm getting better results with the step stool.

Dude, I got a full pull up yesterday. I wasn't feeling it this week so I didn't work out until yesterday. That's the first pull up I've gotten in many years. I sprung up for four more to concentrate on the negative. I think those negatives are the key for me. I had a hell of a time finding where we were talking about this. Lol.
