I’m pretty much only used oil, so right now I’m trying to debate on how’s I want to approach cycling it. I’m not sure if I want to pulse it as a pre about 2 hours before working out or if I want to split it up into 2-3 or so doses throughout the day.
People say to split it up but if I’m taking 25 mg a day I take it once if I’m taking 50 mg a day I’ll split it into two doses if it’s your first time give 25mg a go that way can see how u respond.

Also I got a TNE tossed in and I never tried it before. Thoughts on best way to take it. Should I mix it in with my cyp so as not to have pip. Does TNE even have pip. Never tried just heard. Should it be taken like every other day or every day. Looking just to try it. I'm excited. Just want to do it right. Maybe use it a couple times a week as a preworkout?
Update. Got it last night couldnt wait. Took 40mg before my workout this morning no pip and feel like my pump was better than normal.
