+ 1 My Test E and Test Prop Cycle Log, Possibly Adding Primobolan

What's up fellas. I am new to the community, so first of all, hello! Within the next week, I will be starting my second cycle. About three years ago, I did a twelve week run with 500mg test E and had great results. I gained approximately 26lbs and had significant strength gains with very manageable adverse side effects (lite acne and moderate testicular atrophy). Having had good results and since nearly three years have passed since my last AAS experience, I decided to run either test only for my second cycle or I will stack in Primobolan . Here is the breakdown:

Years Training: 10+
During many of my past training years, I was involved in competitive sports that involved weight classes, so I had to watch my weight and train mainly for strength and endurance. Consequently, I have had many fluctuations in body weight and appearance while class-jumping, weighing in as low as 156.5lbs and as high as 208lbs. Now I don't have to worry about being boxed in by those limitations.

Current Nutrition
Calories: 3800-4200 per day
Protein: 300-350g per day
Carbs and Fats: Varies, but maintain a 4/1 ratio
I will increase my caloric intake accordingly as the cycle progresses and my weight increases.

Current Training Stats and Split
Bench Press: 245lbs x 10 reps
Deadlift: 355lbs x 10 reps
Squat: 275lbs x 10 reps

Monday: Chest, Biceps and Triceps
Tuesday: Legs and Abs
Wednesday: Light Cardio
Thursday: Shoulders and Abs
Friday: Back, Biceps and Triceps
Saturday: Light Cardio
Sunday: Off

My goal is to reach 203-208lbs with a harder appearance and to see some good strength gains, specifically in the chest and legs. I will be posting my progress on a daily basis throughout my journey beginning Thursday 6/7 or Monday 6/11. Please give your advice on the two cycle variations listed, or you may add/subtract anything sensible as long as you provide your reasoning. Any criticism or encouragement from you fellas would be greatly appreciated. Here's to a swoll up Summer!

Alright guys, quick update. I took into account some of your suggestions. I've added Liver Matrix, BSN Amino FX, l-arginine and creatine hydrochloride to my supplement regimen. I have pinned prop at 100mg yesterday, and will continue EOD for 3 weeks. Monday I will have my first Test E pin. Definitely saving the primo for next time. Any thoughts on throwing in Masteron Enanthate at 200mg with every Test E pin (400mg Mast per week)? I am going to do it for some extra hardness and to minimize estro-related sides from test.

And I am not concerned with DHT sides. The longest my hair has been in 10 years is 1/4 inch. Just thought I'd mention.

In case anyone is curious, and for my own benefit, I am updating my cycle log with a list of additional supplements that I will be taking and their dosages.

Animal Pak Multi Vitamin

CLA & Omega 3/6/9 Blend 6g per day
Garlic Extract 1.8g w/ Lecithin 1.2g per day
Grape Seed Extract 600mg per day
CoQ10 100mg per day

Vitamin C 1g per day
Bromelain 1g per day
Vanadium 1000mcg per day

Beta-Alanine 3.2g Before Workout

L-Carnitine 1g every day before bed
L-Theanine 200mg every day before bed
ZMA 30mg/450mg every day before bed

Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 every day
Amplified Mass XXX every day before bed

Beginning on day 1 of week 13 I will add:
Creatine Hydrochloride 2.5g per day (equivalent to 10g of creatine monohydrate)
HMB 3g per day

I am taking most of these already. I am just bumping up the dosage on select supplements for my run. As always, any criticism or encouragement from you fellas would be greatly appreciated.

Good suggestions, danko. DeltaG reminded me that I needed a liver support. I was looking into Liver Stabil by MN. I will surely add the l-arginine and glutamine, those are stapels.

Good to hear on the blood work. As far as my primo dilemma, it seems that about 70-75% of the feedback I'm hearing is to save it. As much as I'd like to do it, I have not yet deluded myself into believing I have a better idea than all of you. Looks like MLD will be running variation 1...And I can't wait to pop the top! I just hope the AI keeps the bloat down, otherwise I'm going to regret not running a hardening agent when I have one in my possession.
