RustyhookerWide pull downs and tear pulldowns. Palms at you chins and straight arm ropes pulldowns. You'll get wide easily. Your thick as hell. Your lean and cut too so try to up complex carbs if bulking.

I got it really for the joints! I've been wanting to try out some npp though.
