I have made two orders from S4U and I couldn't be happier. There were absolutely no complications during my order and I received all of my products quickly.

My question were always answered in less than 12 hours from email to private message.
Packing was very tight and they took a lot of care to ensure my products came to me intact. Domestic delivery was 5 days and overseas delivery was 12 days. They also split the order from domestic and international which got me my domestic order quickly.
I have the labs and results to show for the effectiveness of the Genshi line of products. I pinned my prop EOD and Cyp twice a week. After my cycle was over I waited 15 days and pinned my HCG in one does to kick start my PCT. ( I tested my HCG with a pregnancy tester,it was GTG.). I will always use S4U! I only hope that I have given them the props they deserve!

Eric usually replied to me within an hour of each e-mail I sent.
I'm not sure of the exact time, this was months ago, but I remember receiving the package and thought wow that was quick! It was around one week domestic.
The price he gave me was unbelievably cheap. He might not be making a lot of profit, and with such a kind heart its a shame people are bashing him on the discussions. With all the reshipments i really hope SFY can keep their heads above water, they really do try so hard. I hope Eric stops being sick and makes a lot more people happy like he did for me. Order came in at 5 weeks which is a week more than they quote, but I ordered during holiday season so I think given the circumstance it came pretty quickly. Just have to remember if you order during a busy shipping time to allow yourself more time by ordering a couple weeks earlier. Nothing the supplier could have done about that.

I'm going to do the best I can at leaving this review.I was offered a promo pack of 3, 5ml roid+ test prop. After using 2 of the bottles, bad reviews and bad bloods started to pop up. I then discontinued use.

+ 1I ordered about 3 weeks ago 200iu hyg hgh. Quick delivery and great communication. My first order from them so glad to see they kept their promise. That is about the only good that happened. The hgh is junk. I have been running hgh for 6 months straight 5 days a week 8 ius. Have had the pins and needles everyday as expected from legit hgh then tried steroid for you and same dose and sides are gone. Makes me think it's bunk or severely underdose. Either way very dissaponted. Pm them about this and no response

No im not a game I have an email from thursday from stfy that tracking would be sent friday morning. And another email saying my package was sent both before payment received. I just go by what im told . If you look at all my other reviews you will see nothing but possitive things . You can go om iron man wich I was asked to do by eric cause he needed more good reviews. I think this is just a big misunderstanding. Im confident this will be worked out. -1Been ordering from stfy for over a year every month I order and I have had no problems. My last two orders I havent delt with eric. And both times my orders have been slow with responses. They say you will have tracking number 24 hrs after payment . I was told over 48hrs ago it was being sent to me. Last two orders have been a bad experience so please Eric can you handle this

+ 2Dont even know where to begin here. I have used SFY many times in the past and never had a problem until this final and last order. I paid for items I didnt get and when I got a re-ship they were cheaper brands, but I'm past that. He did just send me gear to make up for what I was initially entitled to.
I will say I think he's an honest man and is not trying to get anyone. And for that I respect him. I've also kept up with his SI and noticed he has been making right by many people who had similar issues like me. It's just hard for me to recommend him as a source when I had to wait damn near 6 months to get my gear. Although he usually does make up for it which is nice, but for me I'd rather take my gear on time.

Communication was timely for the most part, however the effectiveness was rather weak most the time. Occasionally seemed as if I found myself talking to a wall. It definitely seemed to be an issue when I got my order and was shorted. I was promised a re-ship on my order many times, but it never happened until about 100 days after I ordered...then another 60 once it was shipped.
Packaging is always great and tight, cant complain about it. However the T/A was nothing short of ridiculous, I had a tracking number for every bit of 60+ days that was totally inactive until the last 3 days. Now, I'm not blaming the tracking on Eric at all, just stating what to expect as this is a review. However, it did arrive, just months after I had planned on using it.
The timeliness was an issue for me, but as far as a source goes he's not all that bad, seems to be an honest man after everything is said and eventually done.
I have never had anything but positive experience with these guys, hence why i've likely ordered from them 20+ times over the past 2 years. Highly recommended. Literally never had any sort of issue whatsoever.

At first the communication was not good but now he responds almost immediately. He's really watching his discussion page now and answering questions with more than a couple words. I think he is trying to cleaning up his business ethics and how he conducts business.
I think I was patient at first while I was waiting and then I guess the TEST kicked in so I started to jump down his throat a bit. I'll be honest and man up and say I said some disrespectful things on his discussion page that I do regret and I know were very insensitive. We are in a business community here but we should all still care and respect one another even if we must wait longer than expected or do not receive the service that a 5 star restaurant would give. Eric however was very understanding even though I know I made him upset, on xmas he sent me a nice email, he said, "even though you made me upset, I still love you brother". It took me back a bit that after everything that happened he went out of his way to be extra nice to me. I thought that was really cool, thank you again.
