milehi840I was in contact with "julia m" from this source, stated that she is the owner of the site and a few of the brands she sells. I placed an order on 4-21-2014 ($3000 worth of various items) and sent 2 western union payments per her request to 2 different names. She contacted me a week later saying the 2nd payment could not be recvd. I contacted W/U they said nobody has tried to recv the $. So i cancelled the payment and was going to re send it to a new name she had provided me. She had already stated that this order was 3 packages, and the 1st had already been shipped. I have now emailed her 3x in the past few weeks asking where the 1st pkg is as i refuse to resend the $1500 (2nd half of $) until i see something in the mail. She has yet to reply. I stated in the email i would have no choice but to let others know/be aware of this scam. And thats what im doing here now. I have all emails, western union receipts etc to prove this as well! STAY AWAY!! Karma is a biatch in this industry and her karma is no good!

Absolutely no communication was needed, aside from the initial PMs to get swap details.
I don't really count the exact days. I know it was around 2 weeks. This seems pretty standard with the good intl SRCs. It came in a discrete looking pack, nothing that would raise any eyebrows. The vials were intact.
I think SFY made a good move in bringing the oxydine line. Its phenomenal gear. I appreciate Julia's generosity as well thanks SFY.

None was needed. I was lucky enough to try his test during a promo he had. Couple of pms through this site. Friendly and professional.
Packing was great. Discreet and packed tight so nothing could break.

For some reason it takes ages for SFU to reply on here but for the email I've never had a problem

Communication was great. I wanted to track my package because I was leaving town. They promptly sent the tracker and all went well. No other support was needed.
The packaging was great, no issues. Nothing was broken. T/A was 3 weeks to East coast US.
Well it seems that this another trusted supplier, ordered my items and paid for them the same day....a week later on my doorstep, all the products seem to be bang on.
I will order again and again from this supplier and I would like to think that the same service will be constant where it can be.

i place an order over a month now and have not revived it yet. they made a mistake and put the wrong address in the package, i contacted them regarding this situation and they said to contact mail company, i did and they told me the package was sen to and APO, after all this i contacted STY again and after a week they have not responded to me.

no communication at all
I placed an order two days ago with this supplier. I followed the instructions after completing my order regarding how to place payment. As instructed, after completing payment instructions, I informed the company that payment was completed. The next morning I received a confirmation email stating that the payment had been "picked up." The next morning I also received an email from the supplier asking for my order number. When I logged back onto the site to look for my order number, my items were sitting in the shopping cart and had not been processed - no problem. I re-completed my order, emailed this company with the order number, and informed them that the money HAD BEEN PICKED UP ALREADY, and that for some reason the order didn't process on their site when I did it the first time, but that everything was definitely confirmed and completed now.
I have heard nothing, and have emailed them again asking for confirmation that everything is okay. So far, I have not received a response. It has only been two days, and I will give it more time; however, I am concerned because it states on their site that all orders ship within 24 hours of payment. Payment was picked up 48 hours ago, and according to the site my items are still "in processing."
Hopefully everything will go okay. I will DEFINITELY keep everyone posted!

I want to express my anger and dissatisfaction with this store.
I ordered last 04/07/2014 a stack of definition.
On 27.04.2014, after 20 days give me a false tracking.
After writing several emails. 06/05/2014 The day they tell me they are repacking the order, but they do not respond to my emails and do not give me any tracking number.
I want to report this situation because they have cheated me $ 510.
