Calling all endurance athelets, boxers, MMA?

Recommendations based on experience, goal is to increase:
fast twitch muscle strength
quickness
agility
speed

Suggested cycle to keep my 40 year old 6' 195lbs frame below 205

Going to a BHRT today. Did my bloods 5 months ago and TT was at 435 (no gear done 15 years). Hemoglobin was 12 (below 13.5 is anemic). All my research suggest optimal range is 700-900 with BHRT. This will fix my red blood count and give me a good foundation. Looks like I'll get 100-150mg a week. I think I need to get this settled in and then look to add after next bloods in 4 weeks. Thank for all of ya'll information, it is well received. (EQ, Cardarine, Winstrol)

Cardarine.... Very nice addition there. Cardio is amazing.

Test prop with dialled in ai. Make sure you find smooth prop so no pip. Pin eod. Strength, stamina, aggression. No need for anything else. Muay thai fighter of 13 years. Knees of fury winner 2008 australia. Zen do kai 10 years. The only other drug for fight training is superdrol. Research is key, if not experienced dont do.

Gear wise you need to use items that don't kill your cardio.

Winny
Seen Turnibol be very effect especially with strength.
Promagnon is another great 4-chloro that you can gain strength but not tons of weight. Promagnon tends to not hurt cardio.

It's going to be the type of workouts & training drills you do that recruit those fibers; plyometrics, speed training, etc. You're not going to find a compound(s) that will specifically target those fibers.

You're previous post mentioned D-Bol & Winny... but you don't want to increase weight... thus D-Bol is not the proper compound. Winny has it's debatable qualities. Basically, you need more research. If I was in your position my goal would be quick recovery rate, increased collagen synthesis, improved V02 max... that's what you'll need in order to maintain the high level training intensity.
