Most Recent Blood test
Got my most recent Bloods Test Back.
Total - 1347
Free - 226
Estradiol - 64 (scale of < 39)
Red Blood - 5.78 (scale of 4.20-5.80)
Little concerned about the Estrogen and Red Blood. Estrogen is obviously a bit high over 39. Ive had a bit of sluggishness the past couple weeks and a tiny bit of acne on shoulders. Nothing big by any means but more than I had. The tiredness is what made me curious of my Estrogen.
Reg Blood I am also a bit concerned with as well. My Base was 5.14. Oddly at my peak it was 4.98. And at Trough 5.78 now.
Im debating on a very mild dose of Aromisin. Maybe 6.25mg twice a week.
Im also looking to increase my Test C to about 500mg a week. Currently at 160. So Im going to go out on a limb and assume my Estrogen is going to go up even more.

Donate blood. That was my doctors cure all for rbc.
Yea I already have that schedule to do next week with my wife. Wasn't really going to wait for the Doc to tell me. I see nothing wrong with doing it on the regular either assuming Iron is ok.
Estrogen I feel like I am in this grey area. I don't feel horrible or really have any bad sides but it is a bit higher then I think most would like.
Let me also add on that my platelet count is 197 so it is at the lower end of the range (140-400)
