PCT Guidance

Hello everyone,

I'm currently on a Test C 500mg (250mg E3.5D) cycle, which I started a little earlier than planned. It's been approximately 7 weeks, and I've seen significant gains of around 16lb in muscle mass since the beginning. Prior to the cycle, I was 160lbs at a height of 5'10". My age is 25. Alongside starting the cycle, I've adhered to a structured diet and supplementation routine.

My intention is to run this cycle for a total of 14 weeks. However, my primary concern revolves around maintaining the gains post-PCT. I understand there will inevitably be some loss, but I'm uncertain about the extent. Initially, I estimated a 30% loss with the potential to retain 70%. Yet, after browsing various forums like Reddit and others, I've encountered accounts of individuals experiencing losses of up to 50-60%.

For my PCT plan, I'm considering 500IU HCG during weeks 8-11 (3 times per week) and 250IU HCG during weeks 12-14. Subsequently, starting from the 16th week, I plan to incorporate NOLVA and Clomid.

I am also taking Aromasin 12.5mg 2x a week next day after pinning. My estrogen is balanced properly. During HCG, I will check my estrogen levels and adjust the doses of Aromasin accordingly

Here are my specific questions:

  1. Are there more effective PCT protocols than the one I've outlined?
  2. What strategies can I employ to preserve the maximum gains? (Acknowledging my error in initiating the steroid cycle prematurely)
