I was very hesitant posting a picture, but with all your comments its really given me the lift and positivity i need I'm actually a very shy person, even in the gym in always covered up, not even arms showing. Maybe its just a self conscious thing..scared how friends or gym members will judge me. Here in the uk when 1 takes gear its frowned upon.. Yet the same people will come up to you down the road asking what with diet or supplements etc..
Nah bro, you will find great motivation and support around these parts. The only time people have a negative interaction is when they post a pic and say they are at 8% bodyfat and then someone is like more like 18% and egos get damaged. You look great at 47 keep it up.

Yes this ia absolutely true. You see some young kid walk in say 25 year old and hes warming up with what will be my heaviest set. You do start looking over and thinking im too old for this. Then i look back and think maybe i was the same at that age where my elders looked at me saying wer getting on now its time to make way for these young ones.. I agree totally with you.
