This doesn't start in 3 months! Im ending pct now of test e/p only cycle which is why I wanted bold but you guys don't seem to agree. That is ok, Ill listen to the vets over myself any day.
your diet needs work bro. use google, there are places like my fit foods and others that can deliver meals that are premade that last for 3 days made fresh just like you would make them, companies designed for bodybuilders with a busy schedule.. very complete meals and you pay out the waazoo for it too.. best thing is to start learning more and understanding that you must take your day off to prep your meals (for example today is sunday I prep all my weeks food today and then I cook batches every other to every three days and make enough food to last during that time.. several meals are made at once and stored.. also I'm not sure if that's a typo but for your size and weight you should be maxing well beyond 275 bench.. hell on a good day I do that for a set on close grip bench for reps..
I'm no pro but imo your cycle looks a bit whack, especially for a second cycle.. personally my second cycle all I'm doing is learning the prop kicker and prop taper.. third cycle I may add 1-test .. thats just me.. point is.. you need to take it one step at a time and first step is diet, then sleep, then workout. if you have those three in place then you can consider the cycle.. without those three elements in place its all for nothing.
I feel my diet is "ok". Very clean, low carb (and carbs are only breakfast/post w/o) 225g-275g protein/day. Sleep 8.5hrs/night. Here:
12:30pm-Wake up breakfast shake (oats, eggs, spin, flax, whey)
1:30-Aminos (sometimes whey) WORKOUT 1hr-1.25hr
2:45-Chicken breast, veggies, brown rice, whey (more oats sometimes, I love oatmeal! Fibrous carbs help me poop)
5:00-More chicken(snack size)/salmon(snack size)/cottage or yogurt(greek)
7:30pm(lunch): Salmon (almost always)/veggies
10:00-Nuts and/or whey and/or cottage cheese and/or yogurt and/or tall glass lactaid
1:00a.m.-Usually I have leftovers of chicken salmon rice and veggies and I eat it here
2:00a.m.(out of work)- this is my on the road eating (42min drive home)so... nuts, I like muscle milks (store bought pre-made) pretty much anything to hold me till dinner
3:15ish(dinner)-Salmon/chicken, veggies, (larger portions)
4:00a.m.- Casein, fish oil
I love that idea for the meals thing. Sundays I always cook as much as possible for the week. 275lbs is my sanction meet max. I probably hit 305 touch and go. Yes I understand it needs work. All my lifts do. Thank you for you input. And I have done 3 cycles. But my first was when I was 22 (test-e) then early 25yo (test e-p) but was cut short for a torn calf. Now late 25yo this.
Could have kept going but... I'm ocd a little so I wanted to rest rest rest so I could get back out there. Plus it hurt 24/7 not just while on it. Swelled up bad throb throb throb
with only getting 30 mins to eat a day i dont think the cycle is worth it. if you cant put the time in money in the diet you are throwing money away on the cycle. is there any way you can get in more meals during the day?
yeah i agree with level, if you're not getting a steady stream of calories throughout the day your body will strive to store excess bf since your glucose level wont be stable.
perhaps blend some oats in water add some peanut butter, milk, and whey. put it in a shaker and try to drink 1/2 before and after your meal break. that should keep your body in an anabolic state.
My breakfast (since my whole life I have no appetite in the a.m.) is 3 eggs, 1 cup oats, spinach, flaxseed oil, I scoop whey, water (milk in excess doesn't sit well). And refer to my lvl comment on my eating.
I agree with Beast. Too long, pct is off, and you should drop the bold. Shorten to 12 weeks. You only need 4 weeks of a kicker. Then shorten the taper. The taper only needs to go 3 weeks past last E pin. If you wanna run it 4 weeks, start the first week the same week as last E pin. Then extend 3 weeks past that point. Pct starts 3 days after last prop pin. You need to add clomid to your pct. clomid helps bring your balls back to life by stimulating gonadatropins. It further aides on rebooting the natty test production by increasing FSH and LH. Nolvadex plays a minor role there but mostly acts to protect against the elevating estrogen. I'd recommend running your Adex thru pct. this will help free up some of the test and allow clomid to do its job much better. The hcg schedule will change some here too. Personally, I don't feel it's needed for a 12 wk cycle but you may be different than me. IMO it can't hurt. Just make sure you have it right. I'm not experienced with hcg so I'm sure someone will chime in eventually there.

Adex run daily
take out the Boldenone Cypionate, pct is all wrong. nolva & clomid 40/40/20/20, 100/100/50/50
keep the cycle at 12 weeks, twenty is too long for a 2nd cycle, research before posting cycles like this with poor pct
I used clomid in my first cycle and I believe it made me uncomfortable because the nolva alone did not on 2nd and my recovery both times was amazing. HCG during is a miracle. I wont run with out it. Started it late 2nd cycle and you can almost watch your balls ruturn to size (jk). I agree no cyp. It's my #1 compound I want to try. Getting ahead of myself.

yea try just preping it all.. that way everything is ready, all you gotta do is cook it , clean up is faster and easier that way also.

30 minutes for lunch. I eat 7-9 times a day. I just don't get a lot of variety. Its the same everyday.
