Placed my order with RS Oct 24, received payment instructions and payment was received Oct 27, products were at my door Nov 6!! That's only 10 days from the time of payment and that includes a weekend and hurricane weather! Placed an order but it took forever to get it I guess it got lost..Customer service always answered my questions and assured me that I was not being scammed..After awhile and it didnt come ordered was placed again and I got it nicely wrapped and secured. Ok I ordered Kalpa TestE from RS. I will start at the beginning.
Initial ordering was great. Seemless transaction and service. THese guys were very quick in shipping my order out to me. When the order arrived the packaging was very good. It was discreet and very firmly wrapped. I have now been using the test for around 7 weeks now and the product is performing better than expected. Very little PIP as should be expected from a long ester compound. THe oil is nice and clear with zero sediment or impurities. Let me start by saying customer service is A+. Always let me know the status update of order and the pack came earlier than the expected date. Also, I had ordered and sent donation before I knew about the 10% off for eroids members. I PMed RS and told him no big deal this time, but can they make note for a future orders so I can take advantage of the 10%. RS did better than that... They put a credit on my account for the order I had already placed without me requesting the RS team to do it. That is what real customer service is like. My wife is taking the KalpaPharm Clen and is gradually stepping up her dose 2 week on 2 week off and she is definitely feeling the effects and seeing results. So this is my first review and first time going through the process. With that said, i don't need to have a lot of experience to know good service. i bought from this site on 31 august after 4 days the status changed to shipped with the track number : (censored) i have searched everywhere for to track this package but it doesnt show in
any post office even from the country that he said it have been shipped from, they doesnt recognize the track number, and till today i dint receive the package . i have asked him to reship the same pakcge he said okay and today the status is
