I'm impressed that you humbled yourself. Sorry to hear about your injury. Take things one step at a time now , no need to rush anything you have all the time in the world. Nothing happens over night nor foes it happen in only a couple years. Good luck with your goals bro.
Thank you Tony, my injury really knocked me down to where I belong and no matter how big and successful I become I will never allow myself to be such a prick to everyone around me because my ego was bigger than my head. I appericate your words they really hit me in a soft spot
Do it because you love it, not with the expectations of greatness. Take your diet seriously and have a well thought out training regimen and stick to it for 2 years or soo. Use gear as a tool not a crutch. You have a lot of heart but you also are thick headed sometimes. You need to listen sometimes and realize people are looking out for your best interest. Set a realistic goal for yourself , don't talk , just achieve it. You'll do fine as long as you approach things correctly and try not to rush things.

Before my injury I was training with Jason for about a month off and on... I was getting to big headed and max out everyday twice a day running crazy amount of orals, having no concern for my heath all I wanted was to be pro, even if I died when I was 50. My injury was one of the best things to happen, cause it woke me up and made me think with a clear mind about the damage I was doing to my insides and the whole time I trained with Jason he said the exact same thing.. SLOW DOWN.
Sounds scary like I said before I know you will get right again. u made a mistake I'm pretty sure u learned from it. we all make crazy decisions at one point In our lives
