Appreciate it brother. I'm mostly joking....being in good shape is something that is still relatively new to me so whenever I go from being well Conditioned to seeing it slip away is a bit of a mind fuck to me. I'm slowly getting over it as I know it cost me a good 10-15lbs last off season

I am now. Out and out bulking time. I'm just eating everything that isn't junk every 90 minutes. Scales are broke, the ones in my house and the ones in the gym at the same time both added 5lbs can you believe? Clearly faulty.....

thanks man. oh yea much needed time after this year. most likely it will be late in the year next year...i want to come back at top of lh or heavy so whenever im in position to do that i will pick a show. my two biggest weaknesses are calves and arms, after that chest, back, and legs all need work.
