Here's what I know EMD Serono Serostim is usually 6mg or 18iu per vial and is sold mostly in ready to mix one use vials...their new logo is the colorful one and emd has all sorts of little colored marks around it and has a couple holograms that seperate when you open the box so they can be reused or resealed...I ran them for a few months they're good stuff...they use to use the three blades but they got rid of them yrs ago

Saizen use to be the cheaper version of serostim now they've improved the manufacturing process and it's now used more for kids and in patients that use huge doses or gh so for example that pack you have there is 8.8mg per vial which is 26.4iu and again it's meant to be used in one dose....in kids...that's a large dose and only 5 vials per box so 132iu a box saizen is meant for adults and kids to dose kids as well...they have a new pod now that you just put on the skin and dial a dose and it injects up to like 50iu at a time and keeps track of injection days times and amounts for up to 5 yrs they also have a pen like norditropin or genotropin and a few other interesting methods with the vials being the least popular now mostly because if you want vials go serostim

Anyways the new boxes of vials don't have the three blade design on the front like yours the real ones that had them yrs bad they were very slanted the FAKES are more straight up and down (I'll check yours against the one I found in a minute) but again does yours have an expo date as states the new ones are in a newer box design and they also have holograms on the ends so when you open them they can't be reused
