This shot was taken 30 days before the one in my red striped shirt. from it you can see the transformation of muscle size as this one was no definition at all up to the recent one I posted.

I'm only using the deca for joint relief sine I made it to 350 bench press and my shoulders are not too happy to push that weight lol. With the Deca it is getting less painful though.
