3 months 2 weeks left to bulk. Only 3 weeks into my cycle. After a 8 week full clean out.. I'm only 5'3 at 200 right now arms are at a little over 19in now. Plan on gaining around 20 more lbs.. Hope y'all like

Thanks bro.. Ya going to put on as much as I can with out much fat gain in the next 3 months. I'll keep y'all posted
