+ 22 First time competing in Classic Physique!

That's right, ya boy took 1st in novice and 2nd in overall for men's open classic physique. Currently have am on track to do a couple of shows in mid 2022. Definitely owe it to my coach who came up with a solid plan.

After speaking to the judges, I was told I made an exceptional appearance and posing was on par. HOWEVER, I am lacking back width, thickness, and further leg development, especially outter sweep, would need to be stressed.

Now that the off season is here, I do believe this is where I make my moves, this is where I grow into something better.

I wanted to give Titan a shoutout as well as Noexcuse and Kingslabs. Thanks guys

Bruh YOU WON'T believe the amount of competitors that questioned whether or not I was a novice in Classic physique. I was like, "Yeah, I am and I'm here to take names, even yours."

Yeah it was less about whether you should have done it this time as opposed to future.

Nothing worse a competitor can do then ROB true novices from a little shine so that they can gain experience and additional motivation. When you reach a set level...its time to move on =)

If a competitor is not ready to move up to the next step than the only logical option is to get to work on a serious grow period.

Seeing far to many athletes compete in two different categories much less in novice and open repeatedly just to win trophies is not something I respect.

Everyone deserves to do novice once if they are inexperienced and if you do well by winning your class or overall it is time to move up because you were successful!

Will do brother. Definitely went in to the show as if I was the one lacking depth. I went on the advisory of my coach who told me it was a "good idea." Looking at the line up, it was noticable and unquestionable.

I've aged out and am gonna continue doing gods work for my future shows lol.
