First meal at ten? I guess I get up at like 4 everyday. So If I had to wait that long to eat it wouldn't be pretty. Other than that it looks good. And yeah post up that link I'd like to look at it. Thanks

Might wanna add some Metamucil to your diet to ease the digestion after eating so many protein. Just a thought

Word!!! Also will help your digestive system to absorb nutrients better. The guts are like a pipe system, keep me clean or they will clog the phuck up. Peace & happy grow. I saved this pic for future reference as a bulker. Thanks for sharing

if u dont want to change up that last meal the fats should slow down absorption of the protein.
def agree, post with the carbs is a great time for whey.
im using wazy maize but transitioning to Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin and wow not only does it seem to help with recovery but it seems to empty from my stomach faster like they say.

Add 50g of protein post workout. The waxy maze is gonna spike your insulin levels and cause your body to shuttle all the nutrients straight into your muscles. For your last meal either 2 cups of Greek yougurt or cottage cheese and a scoop of weight. Or 1 scoop whey 1 scoop casien. The Casien protein powder or the casien in the Greek yogurt or cottage cheese doesn't have enough leucine to elevate protein synthesis so by adding a scoop of whey it solves this problem. Besides that it looks pretty good to me.

Some people believe in not mixing fats and carbs, so like having only protein carb meal then protein fat meals but it would be really difficult to eat enough food if you did this. I don't believe it's necessary I have fat with each meal.

Waxy maze is a type of carb powder designed to spike insulin levels after you workout. The difference between that and any other carb powder is negligible. I use carbo gain. The fast acting carbs will raise your blood sugar which will spike your levels of insulin. So now the body wants to lower blood sugar levels and does so by transporting all the Carbs and protein into some cells in body. If you have just worked out your muscles are in need it will shuttle all the nutrients into your muscles. This is why people try to avoid sugary carbs at other times of the day. If you haven't worked out the body is gonna shuttle all the nutrients mostly into your fat cells. This is why we say to eat low glycemic carbs like brown rice oatmeal etc at other times of the day because they take a long time to digest so it doesn't all convert to glucose at once and spike insulin levels.

As for cottage cheese , you won't catch me eating that shit . I'll stick to Greek yogurt and a scoop of whey. But maybe blending cottage cheese and whey might make it more tolerable.

Plain Greek yogurt with a scoop of strawberry yogurt is delicious, almost makes me feel guilty when I eat it! I like to throw some cashews in there or almonds as well.
