I havent been to active on forums since my son and i dealt with the bombings in boston. i never stopped working out much but had fallen off diet so decided to at least use it to add size. i had to focus on him and his well being during this time. we were very close to the bomb.
I hadnt take progress pics in while and only have some low quality phone ones. i feel ive added size but now cutting for a 8 weeks then recomp for winter.

Thx guys. Yeah son is much better but took some therapy for him and some reflection time for me. I saw people literally getting hit by shrapnel. It was an ugly day all around but the city is stronger I guess.

thx. i focused on arms for 2 months and now working on legs. calves ive been focusing on for MONTHS, but they VERY stubborn! i got an idea to take 1-2 months and throw tons of volume at a lagging body part while everything else in maint. thx for bulk, hard training and aas i put a good inch on arms. flexed they over 18.5, almost 18.75 without a pump.
oh i weigh 245-250 here.
